I was surprised that the mattress came rolled up, but after opening it up and leaving it for half a day, it was perfectly fine.

It also took a couple months before this model of mattress was in stock again. When it was, I received an email asking me to arrange a delivery date, the mattress did indeed arrive on the arranged date.
