all straightforward ,with no complications, increase in price for someone with a previous years no call outs or use was a bit "" salty"" otherwise no other complaint

i cancelled this policy within the allowed period because of an intended increased additional to the premium because of an error of on my part, but the increase was ridiculously high.
also i was not happy with having to wait eight days for the money paid by me to be refunded . i think enough said

well. with a touch of humour when it was called for.

as to the actual policy it was all i needed and will cover
