Ended the sensitive skin soap without any notice. Ive been buying it for years from Zen, went to buy the other day and couldnt find it. Emailed them and they said theyve stopped doing it. Very dissapointed. They dont care about their loyal customers, wish i never bought off them as my loyalty meant nothing to them. Disgraceful !

Young asain girl on till was very rude so I made a complaint to head quarters. I then called the store to speak to a manager who went on to lie through his teeth to cover the rude girl. What happened about it, absolutely nothing. Just remember as a customer of Iceland if their workers have a problem with you, you will be the one who is made out the bad person. Have a nice day

You place order, they check availability then take payment and then cancel order for not being available. They never admit fault in anything. The customer is always wrong and they are right. They used to be good but lately they're an absolute disgrace.

Don't waste your money. Very very disappointed after purchasing 3x100ml bottles, royal oud, silver mountain water and aventus. Smell nothing like the originals and last 5 minutes. Weirdly all 3 have the same base notes and smell similar like they're made from the same ingredients with a touch of the required fragrance in them. Not very good customer service, they reply to emails when they feel like it and took 4 days to receive and not 2 as stated on purchasing. Avoid ! 99% of companies advertising on Instagram are awful and the essence vault are proof of that. Fancy adverts to dupe you into buying with awful product and service. Never again !

Continuously lied to about delivery via online chat. Kept blaming yodel, when presented with transcript from yodel stating they hadnt even received the parcel,the story then changed to they are waiting for supplies for stuffing for the bag and it will be a few more days before dispatch. They then refunded my money and thats it, 2 weeks waiting and now everywhere is sold out and i cant get one. Thanks rdx you liars, kept lying blaming yodel and did so for last 4 days. Fone lines are on but no one answers, absolutely disgraceful service, avoid

3 weeks still waiting. No response at all. 10 tickets open. Didn't allow me to pay via paypal so chances are im not covered and neither are you.
