Driver very helpful unloading my delivery. Very friendly chap. The 10 x bags of mulch was in excellent condition. Nice and dry making it easy to use. So pleased with quality am going to buy another 10 bags for rest of garden

Fabulous quality improved topsoil and farmyard manure. Delivery was on-time, found the exact allotment drop-off location from What3Words, was called to advise en-route, and the driver was so cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Just a quick note about the similar-sized white bags of topsoil and manure, to say it would have been very helpful if marked with a quick Sharpie scribble to identify each (e.g. "M" for manure, "T" for topsoil), or something like that. No worries though, and pales into insignificance with the quality of product and exemplary service.

The topsoil I ordered was excellent quality, finely sieved, free of stones and lumps, enriched as described, easily spread over my existing lawn, ready for re-seeding. Delivered on time and left where directed.

Very simple to order and the delivery man was most excellent.

One area that might be helpful is improving the tracking and delivery window. The tracking didn't seem to be very helpful, and I needed to be in all day just to make sure it was popped in the right place. Having said that, my fears were alleviated the driver was simply very co-operative, in and out in no time.. Thanks
