I tried to buy a product online

I tried to buy a product online. It says it should be ready in 2 hours. I go there a few hours later because I dont get the SMS. They say they should have it in stock in the store, I wait 30 minutes there, nobody can find the product(Fields store). They tell they have 2 in stock at Amager center. I go there and again wait 40 minutes for them to find the product which in the end I am told they dont have in stock, they say they have it in Norrebrogade. They tell me they can't call the other store to guarantee the product so I try customer service. I have been waiting for more than an 1 hour on the phone to only get disconnected. I dont know why anybody would use this store. It's useless.

I have taken a look at the order and I can see, that we actually have the camera in various stores. During this year I rented a place for…

During this year I rented a place for 10 days. It cost less than 3K DKK. I accepted to clean myself and so I did, me and my girlfriend spend the night before and the morning of the leaving making sure everything was all right. We did leave some sealed food and drinks behind and forgot to clean the oven. 2 weeks later I get a bill for 1160 DKK for cleaning. Claiming we left the place very dirty. They have pictures of how dirty it was, I will let them publish it here, if they want. I obviously complained and was met with a response from an employee that I will get a e-mail from the boss. Another 2 weeks without answer and I was forced to pay the bill. Nevertheless I am never coming back, worst experience ever, pay at least 33% of the value of the rental for cleaning when you cleaned yourself and there is nobody to reason there. No humans just people that need to grab your money at any oportunity.

We are sorry, that you don’t feel fair treated.

We have some certain protocols in case of poorly done cleaning by the renter.

The pictures taken by our cleaning team speak for themselves. The pictures show filled up trash ban and dishwasher, food rests on the kitchen table and fridge and generally poorly cleaning in the rest of the house, which was sent to you.

This is the reason that you have been charged with an end-cleaning, which is a fixed price. This is the same protocols if any other renter had left behind the house in that condition.

The lists of things needed to be done appears in the guestbook in the house and on our website under practical info, if there were any uncertainty about this.

I would like to pinpoint that the guest on the rental documents were replied on the 8th of February, while we received no further objection.

They were amazing

They were amazing. Super fast delivery and great contact.
I actually ordered the wrong boxes and they exchanged it on the next day.
