I waited over two weeks for delivery of four tyres. An email on the day of delivery said the order was cancelled. The only contact is with a bot. This is the worst business I have ever come across. It deserves no stars. Refund contact says KEINE,"none" in German. It's Delticom, a German company. Where did their efficiency go?

Surely the driver can ring the bell. Items were just left at the front door, in full sun. They are plants. It was just chance that we found them. Ring the bell!

Straightforward, articulate response

We have been told delivery was made to a safe place, but there's no sign of the package. We were in at the time stated of the delivery, but there was no door bell, nor any sign of anybody. Could it have been delivered to the wrong place? It's raining heavily. What do we do?

This company has a clear, useful but not too intrusive system for putting you in touch with firms offering service that you need. Contacts made through MyBuilder have successfully completed several recent jobs for us.

Prompt, easy muscular setting of the mattress indoors, with good indication of the time slot, which was exactly right. Our replaced mattress was taken away straightforwardly.

Lerato was brisk and helpful. She took time to understand the main problem, and then wrote an email to the Billing Dept. explaining what was needed. Within a few minutes I received the required update in my account. Was that ongoing, or did it need this push?

Booked for delivery on a Tuesday, the more than 50 packs came, without warning, on the preceding Friday. Fortunately, we had space, but the joiner could not change his plans, so installation could not start until the following Saturday. This all happened with an extra £37 delivery charge--the first time this has been required for a central Scotland delivery. Better communication would have been good, though the material is good value.

Everything works as proposed. I had some loyalty points 'over' from the earlier Gourmet company, and these were promptly credited in pounds. Fresh meat is of very good quality and Specials give great value.

This is the best company for uncluttered, common sense insurance, at very reasonable costs.
