Our gym shut indefinitely due to fire. We weren’t offered a suspension in subscription but two unsatisfactory alternatives, thus I was paying membership and unable to use. It was impossible to contact PureGym to discuss. This was eventually rectified.

We had to close the Burgess Hill gym temporarily due to an arson attack but not to worry, we're making our repairs and coming back stronger than ever!
