Excellent site, even better customer service!
Excellent site so far. Won a bet then withdrew money however there was an issue where the site accidentally voided my bet even though it won. I contacted them immediately via email and on speaking to Mike he sorted the issue out within 30 minutes and was very apologetic. Just waiting for my withdrawal to arrive now. So far 5* for the excellent customer service and the site is so easy to use.

I had a payment issue whereby my bank refused it for some reason but they were so quick to help/resolve and find another method that it was done in minutes.

Deposited £100 with none of the bonuses…
Deposited £100 with none of the bonuses added. Put a bet on an NBA game during half time. Won £260, placed £260 on a premier league game result and an nba handicap both were prematch. Won £560, instantly my IP address is blocked by “cloudfare”. Clear to me they’ll let you play if you lose but if you win they won’t allow it. I’ve seen on other reviews they claim people are taking advantage of a delay or something. All my bets were during half time and pre match, so this literally cannot apply to me. Scam website please do not waste your money here! Username benholt27

If you request a withdrawal, your account will be blocked.
At first I requested a withdrawal, the amount was 170 euros. But my withdrawal was rejected, I was asked to go through KYC. After four days my verification was approved. I requested a withdrawal again, after three hours I decided to log in to my account, but my account was blocked. They blocked my account without any warning or explanation. Nothing came to the mail, the support service does not get in touch. In a word, this is a disgusting casino, some kind of scammers.
What other confirmation do you need? You are scammers who blocked my account so as not to pay out my winnings! SHAME!!!

Accounts are blocked without reason.
After playing a little in this casino, I put the amount for withdrawal. The amount was not large 119 dollars. At first they rejected the withdrawal, said that I had an incorrect balance (at this point I did not understand what they were talking about). Then I again requested a withdrawal, after two days my account was blocked along with the deposit. This is such a new "good" casino (((
