WARNING scam site

WARNING scam site. Have been with slapperzz.com for a while with no issues with of course large deposits and withdrawal of minimal amount were all good HOWEVER until I tried to withdraw max win ok $28k from a $2.80 wager, they said my wager wasn’t legit due to a deposit error and they took my entire balance away. They tried saying a deposit from only a few days prior was rejected and gave me the link to the bitcoin transaction, little did they know they used a deposit rejection from 4 months prior in which I didn’t receive no money anyway. Wow their intention right from the start was to send an outdated transaction claiming it was current and refuse my legit winnings. Have all proof and evidence of transactions and emails to and from support, mow looking at further action. Just keep away from this site and there are way more reputable sites to go to. NEVER trust this company ever as they are like insurance companies that will find every trick in the book not to pay!!!!!!

The withdrawal in question was not declined due to gameplay or winnings. At the time, your account was under review due to a deposit-related discrepancy identified by our technical team.

To clarify, the transaction referenced was not from several months prior. It was a recent transaction logged within minutes of your confirmed deposit, which triggered a standard verification process. This was already under active review and communicated to you via email.

During this process, the affected balance was temporarily restricted while the transaction was being verified and corrected. Withdrawals cannot be processed while an account is under review or adjustment, in line with our procedures.

Separately, during the course of this review, information that was provided via email raised concerns regarding account use and compliance with our Terms & Conditions. These matters were unrelated to the deposit discrepancy and were also communicated directly to you.

Following a full review of the account and associated communications, the account was actioned in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Cashback is calculated as total deposits minus total withdrawals during the cashback period, with the applicable VIP percentage applied. This applies to all withdrawals, including leaderboard prize withdrawals. In this case, a leaderboard prize was withdrawn during the same period, which correctly reduced the cashback amount. The calculation was reviewed and confirmed by our team, and no error occurred.

You then proceeded to contact live chat to request account closure, stating that your gambling was becoming unmanageable. This request was handled respectfully and promptly, and the account was closed within the hour in line with our responsible gambling procedures.

At no stage was there any disrespect shown by our support team. We have reviewed the live chat logs, which confirm that clear explanations were provided multiple times regarding the cashback calculation. As the calculation was correct and in line with our terms, the outcome did not change.

Site is just like all others but with more to offer

Site is just like all others - however at rank 2, daily free loot boxes. They offer VIP transfer from other sites. No KYC for crypto withdrawals and they are pretty quick. Customer Service is great - very responsive and always willing to help.

Noticing leveling up between the levels seem to be a bit of a struggle. Highly unlikely that once you get to level 4 you will be able to get to level 5 within the month before the points expire. Maybe just a teething/new site/growing pains but we will see if things change

We’d like to clarify that VIP Program EXP points never expire or reset — they are accumulated for life.

We’re currently in the process of updating the program’s wording, as it still incorrectly mentions that points expire at the end of the month.

All EXP wagers are permanent, and once you reach a VIP level, it will never decrease.

Loot boxes are great they don’t need a deposit for them, good layout just haven’t had a withdrawal yet so can’t comment on that but so far so good ☺️
