The delivery time was too long. Compared to other options we have it did not make sense.
Payment methods also confused me a bit.

Bad service
It took too long to receive my package, there was no confirmation of stock availability at the time the order was completed, if there was, it would managed expectations. They need to improve on communication.

I placed an order but…
I placed an order but it was out of stock and not stated online. I messaged on WhatsApp and was told I could’ve gotten it in three weeks from my order date… I preferred a refund.
It was very frustrating but the team was responsive and updated me when I asked for feedback. I just suggest showing “out of stock” on the website if it isn’t available.
I’ll take the risk ordering again in future. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience. 💜

Delayed order , prompt assistance
I purchased my product and since it could not be delivered on schedule, I opted to get a refund. I did get my refund. I got an email stating that payment was made back to me and a courtesy call & msg as well to make sure that all was in order. Thank you for your assistance.
