Customer assistance
I made a mistake when ordering, and the staff at Zoie were extremely helpful and efficient in fixing the problem for me. Nawal was very friendly and never impatient. I will definitely order from Zoie again, because the staff left me with an impression of competence and professionalism. And the complementary health products I ordered were quite a bit cheaper than at the mainstream pharmacies. I buy a lot of complementary medicines because I am diabetic and my child is autistic, so I am very happy I found Zoie.

Very disappointed with my first experience with this company. I received the order 9 working days after the order was placed. This was after raising two flags with the online chat person, asking why it had not been dispatched. First person was very rude and dismissive. The second person was a bit better. I was promised it would be sent express after the first online chat.m and be delivered by last Friday (8 working days later). But it got sent with a regular courier (I know as I use this courier and they don’t offer express). The order was for a medical product for my daughter who has juts come out of ICU, so it was urgent. If you need something urgent, check if they hold stock of the product before placing the order. As they don’t hold stock with the product I needed (wish that had been stated).

The service I have received is just amazing and they make everything so easy and straightforward. I can ask any queries on WhatsApp and they get back to me so fast. The communication from the moment I ordered until delivery was impeccable. I loved the packaging it made me feel special. My only suggestion is to wrap packages that have potential of breaking with bubble wrap to ensure total safety. Overall very happy with the service.
