Effective communication, I would say that packaging should maybe be a box to hold everything as my order got kind of crushed during delivery. But great overall.

I got a response very quickly and didn’t need to explain why I was enquiring. The person assisting apologised for my doctor being late, assured me that I will be assisted shortly and followed up until completion.

ok.Delivery time and turn around time was great.Fast and convenient.The only issue I had was with the user manual its not user friendly at all and uses scientific/medical jargon.It makes it a bit tricky to perform the test if you don't have a medical background.Maybe they should create a manual that has pictures

No shipping information was sent. One item was unavailable which I was not aware of. Why can I place an order and the item is not available. Wanted a refund but it’s been days now and still no refund is being processed. Why is this? Do not order from Zoie health please.

I had a great experience . I actually managed to get my things on time and it was very secretive. All the things were in good condition and securely wrapped . The product prices are normal . I really recommend.

I highly recommend Zoei Health. Initially, I found the online payment process to be quite confusing. However, after reaching out to their customer support, they responded promptly, and the rest of the process went smoothly. Throughout, they kept me informed and followed up to ensure I received my package. The shipment arrived within five days, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a thoughtful card included in my order. Overall, they made me feel well taken care of.

I'm so happy with the product, the price and the service I got from the Zoie Health. I needed Solal supplements, which can be pricey compared to other alternatives, but the price I got was the best available.
