FIRST, the size was 2 sizes larger than what I ordered. SECOND, the smaller graphics were unrecognizable (Bugs Bunny) & spelling was incomplete (Bugs Bunny). I wish I was able to add a photo of the hoodie so that it could show exactly what I'm talking about. This was not worth the price I paid & if I could have given a negative star, it would be 5 negative stars. I'm sorry I didn't do my review search before ordering. 😡

I ordered a hoodie that never came. They made up a tracking number twice with two different dates on it (a pdf at that) saying it was delivered. I opened a case with PayPal showing all the proof that they created numbers and how could my item be delivered twice and PayPal still sided with them since they submitted a proof of delivery, even though there was yes, once again, two dates. I have never received this hoodie and never will. I also filed a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a disney little mermaid zippy hoodie on 1/19/2024 for my daughter's birthday on 1/31/2024. I was told it would arrive in 3-5 days. As of today, 5/19/2024, she has yet to receive it. Is this some sort of a scam you are running!! I wanted to give a review of 0, but 1 is the lowest.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!!!! NO ONE EVER RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL. I HAD MY BANK REVERSE THE CHARGES. A BUNCH OF CROOKS IN MY OPINION!!!! STEER CLEAR BUY SOMEPLACE ELSE.

The company is a sham. I don’t think they exist. You cannot contact them. I ordered t shirts and paid. 5 weeks later I have not received. Please please avoid them at all costs. You’ll regret if you do business with them.

Like others have said, they apparently don't size the sleeves correctly. They also don't respond to Emails despite when you do a dispute then they all of a sudden respond. With no resolution. Payfail failed in their protection so I went to my Credit Card company to dispute it. Stay away from this crap company and their terrible wares.

This is what they said in my email when I place my order, hi we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. Please note it will take around 3-5 days for your order to processed.
Onces the order is process, it will take around 5-15 day to be delivered. I have not received it and I keep checking and checking and have not gotten any respond. I also been emailing the Company, I will be contracting my bank if I don't receive it by the end of next week. This is poor business, and I would not refer anyone to this company.

I ordered 2 different orders from this company first order had 2 hoodies and the 2nd order had 1 hoodie I ordered them on 10/30/2023 they were birthdays gift for end of November here it is 1/13/2024 I still do not have the hoodies I have contacted the company at least 2o times or more for them to say they were delivered but I do not have the hoodies so I told them maybe they were delivered to the wrong address they do not want to do anything this is the worse company do not waste you money I am fighting for a refund

I’ve always received my jackets exactly the way they look on the site!! The colors are SPECTACULAR!! When you order make sure you order from ZIPY HOODIE site not the 3D Hoodie Site. Trust me it’s a big difference!! I made the mistake in order from the 3 D Hoodie site and was very DISAPPOINTED!! Happy New Year 2024 !!

I actually received the zip up that I ordered. It came in just 2 weeks. But the problem is that the jacket is so thin. It is made out of the same stuff as tshirts. Does fit. Only would have been a good purchase if it was only 19.99 and not 39.99. Compared to the rest of the people here, I came out ok.

This place is a scam. I ordered 2 hoodies 11/14/23 and up until 01/01/2024 it showed it was processing yesterday it says delivered 21 days ago. I emailed to see what company delivered but no response. Cool things on the website but save the hassle of contacting the bank to get your money back which is what I will be doing today.

Well I ordered a Christmas present xl size and it fit great except the sleeves were like a medium size. They only came a little past the elbows. Been trying to get in touch with them for a refund or exchange and no one will reply and can't find a customer service phone number .

I ordered a Cheshire Cat Hoodie. They misspelled the saying on the sleeve. It says “ We’re AH mad here.” Instead of “We’re All mad here.” The jackets are also VERY oversized. Bummer!

Made an order for tweety bird hoodie back in October 11 2023 and still getting same response by email. My shipment is oon its way to wait 5-10 business days. It show it came thru my city but by pass me and ended up back in Nashville tn where it said the package was delivered to. I called usps they stated to me to tracking number is population as a scam and they dont have such package being delivered. Here it is Almost January. You won’t be refunded so do not think you will. This is a matter to take up with the source your money came from.

Scam don't purchase from this company they won't answer you emails and nothing shows up in the mail. Ruined Christmas for my grandkids.

Well, I ordered three hoodies from this company zipyhoodies on November 15 it is now December 16. I have not received my purchase and they tell you to go track your package and it says it’s been delivered but I never received it and they keep sending these bull____ text talking about glad you reached out don’t purchase zipyhoodies. And who ever on here talking about they got the material from zipyhoodies it was good they down with them so stop believing that. Zipyhoodies is a fraud. They scam peopl they got me, but they will not get me again.🖕🏾 zipyhoodies

I ordered 2 items they came in the wrong size, Tried to contact them through that generic email for over a month now. Got another 2 days ago, now they want to give my half of my purchase price I can only send it with them, Just send me a return label, then refund my MONEY. Now I know why you don't have a customer service number.

DON'T DO IT!!! You'll never receive your order and if you reach out to them you'll just get a generic email back
