I ordered a package that was supposed to arrive in a few weeks but ended up taking over 3 months to arrive. To make matters worse, the package arrived incomplete, with missing items that I paid for.

The level of customer service is absolutely unprofessional—I’ve been promised a refund multiple times but have yet to receive anything, even though it’s been almost a month. Each time I contact them, I get the same excuses about "technical issues," but the refund still hasn't been processed.

This feels like a scam—delayed deliveries, incomplete orders, and no follow-up on promised refunds. Avoid at all costs. I’ll be pursuing legal action if I don’t get my money back soon.

I placed this order in December and, after waiting an unreasonably long time for delivery, I was shocked and furious to discover that both boxes were completely empty. There were no perfumes, no lipsticks, and no products of any kind inside.
As a result, I formally requested a full refund of the total amount paid. They came back to me and asked me to send pictures, which I did. Then they said there warehouse had packed the items and the will give me $10.00 back. Not acceptable. Now going through Paypal on buyers protect to get my money back. Scammers

I ordered perfumes from Petrichir.com. The package arrived, but it contained empty boxes — the items were missing.

Customer support refused to issue a full refund and instead tried to “settle” the case with only $12, later $15, asking me to keep the “goods” (there were none). This is unacceptable.

I requested a 100% refund to my original payment method. Since they refused, I am now escalating the case through my bank/payment provider.

I strongly recommend avoiding this website.

Working for 3 months with this company to receive a refund or my product (house number on solar charger)! Their product got lost twice and didn’t arrive in Türkiye! Offered them an alternative address in Berlin Germany
but they wanted to charge me for additional delivery cost!
This company is a scam!

Ho acquistato una fiamma/accendino da questo negozio. Il prodotto non si carica con nessun tipo di bombola gas e fa una fiamma cortissima. Pubblicità ingannevole. Per la restituzione mi è stato chiesto addirittura di fare un video del malfunzionamento del prodotto. Io ho mandato delle foto e poi non ho più ricevuto risposta. Sconsiglio a tutti di acquistare da questo negozio.

Don't waste your money on that online shop. Its NOT the Bottle opener you see in that guys hand. It's cheap produced, and badly painted. And it's NOT 1cm/1.5cm thick... It's 4/5mm thin and very bad to use! NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I will report that shop! They use this guy's idea and produce cheap copies of his product!!! That's fraud!!!

I ordered those beautiful outdoor UV quality artificial flowers. I've been waiting nearly 2 months. Due to tariffs increases is the only reason I have given them this much time. They keep saying its on its way. They even stated they resent the items and its still not here. Im going to report to PayPay as a fraud and get my money back.

I ordered a wind proof lighter. To start with, the order was quoted in GBP, but I was charged in USD. Then they added a USD30 shipping fee, so I was already paying double the original price.

Item arrived faulty and it does not work. They offered me a USD4 refund, then USD7 refund. I am now battling with these cretins for 2 weeks and we are at USD11!

All I want is a full refund or a replacement item that works, but they are flat out refusing.

I don’t think I will get anywhere with these scammers, so just wanted to let everybody know to avoid purchasing from this company at all costs.

Normally, I check a bit more on the product, but I thought I was on the manufacturer's page, which I wasn't. I paid far too much for the Honey Beef Tallow cream. The shipping was fast, but that was because they probably use drop shipping. Anyway, a lesson learned.

Stay right away. This site is a fake scamming site that sends nothing. It uses a fake parcel tracking system to make you feel something is on the way. Then they hope you will give up. I kept emailing support[@]petrichir[.]com and eventually, they stopped responding. So I kept emailing and eventually, they refunded my initial purchase transaction. I received it today, 6 weeks after I initially purchased it through this site. There are a lot of fake reviews on here that seem to be written for fake scammers. Beware.

Scam! received broken peaces of plastic. which not even looks like original product. And they saying that I received it more than 2 week ago, when I sent email where it says whenI received I was offered 3$. Avoid at any cost.

Haben mir zwar Augenbraunen Farbe geschickt, aber total trocken. Ich kann das gleich ins Müll schmeissen.
