I ordered item for Christmas. Return policy is less than 30 days. It takes longer than that for the sweatshirt to get here. I ordered an adult M. It fit like a childs M. The sleeves were way too short and sweatshirt was way too tight on my granddaughter who typically wears a Jr/Women size 1or 2. Ordered an adult M as she like her sweatshirts baggy. I tried to return it and after corresponding back and forth for a month I was sent their no return after 30 days policy. DO NOT USE THEIR SITE! Customer service and product are very disappointing.

Phony it appears to be based in China no Las Vegas NV. All you get is being processed or shipping.

I ordered this hoodie early in November, it was supposed to take 7-10 days. Contacted them again several times via e-mail and never received a reply. When the item was not received by Christmas I sent a e-mail saying I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. A week later I received a response that they just processed my order and it could not be canceled. The website states their company is located in Las Vegas, NV not China! I have the option to return with many stipulations and at a higher cost than the hoodie was. What a rip off! Someone should do a class action lawsuit against this company!

Customer service is not available. There is no phone number, No live chat. Emails replies made automatically by the AI. Just random text without answers to the customer's questions.

Delivery is EXTREMELY SLOW! They actually ship every item straight from China with very limited information where your item is.
They don't have inventory available here in the USA, like Shein, Temu or other website stores do.

In addition, their website doesn't let you see your order or create an account, where customers could check on order history or details and progress of the current order.
Very poorly made website.
Makes customers helpless if some issue arises.
IT IS SCAM!

This is a scam and dishonest company. I wish I read reviews before purchasing the hoodies which are fake. I tried canceling one of the orders within 24 hours and never heard back. Received two of the same sweatshirts and have emailed multiple times and have not heard back from the company even though they promised to reply within 24-48 hours. I don’t want these fake hoodies which are smaller fit than expected and knockoffs. I can see the original tags were cut off and counterfeit tags were sewn on to make it look like an Essential hoodie

Placed an order for a hoodie--but the color and size was off - so I contacted them for an exchange. They respond to let me know what they had recently relocated their shipping warehouse and returns department to China, which results in higher shipping costs for returns. They offered me a gift card for 50% of the original order as a resolution.

I acccepted their offer --but reminded them that their returns policy doesnt state that. They went silent after that, didnt issue the gift card and now I'm stuck with an item which I cannot use.

Still waiting for my sweatshirt after a month. Contacted them 4 times no response as of today. I will never order from them again!

My experience was that of wanting to exchange. I ordered the hoodie before Christmas but did not receive it until January 3, 2025!! I reached out for an exchange as they sent the wrong size and they first told me that I could not return as it has been longer than 30 days since receiving my item. I told the young lady that I JUST received it on January 3rd!! Since that last email communication, NOTHING! I replied to the email chain again and as of January 15, 2025, no one has responded! I know this may not hurt them financially but I will NEVER purchase anything from this place again regardless of how good they make the deals seem. CLASSLESS!

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 Essential hoodies 12/2/24 and didn’t get them in my mailbox until 1/11/25 way after their so called return policy of “30 days form purchase date”
Hoodies are way too small and don’t fit. Not even sure they are even real Essential. Customer service takes over a week or two to reply and in the mean time with in maybe 3 days you get an auto reply that is not even helpful.
This company is terrible and should not exist. I doubt they will even send a label to return these hoodies and it will cost me more to send them back and wait a year to get my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM

If I could give zero starts I would. I ordered a cheetah hoodie as a Christmas gift at the beginning of December. Just received today. (January 15th). Not only was it incredibly late; the quality looks like I could have made the sweatshirt myself. Horrible. Do not buy from this company!!

Ordered 2 hoodys. One was sold as Fear of God Essentials. It is a counterfeit product. Took them weeks to respond, and now I must pay the shipping back to China. Total Scam Company. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!

This is the worst company I've ever does business with. I tried to exchange a sweatshirt that was a gift for a family member because it's too small, and they just keep putting me off and saying they need these ridiculous photographs which I did send the way and they won't give me an address to exchange the shirt. Awful customer service. Do NOT buy anything from them. One star is too many. My poor niece doesn't get a Christmas gift I guess.

This company is a rip off. Product very cheap. Received late after filing complaint on company. Very deceiving. Their address says Las Vegas but they are actually in China.

Don't ever order anything from this company I ordered something got it in the wrong size have been trying for over a month to get the new size and to get my money back they refuse to do it it ended up being that my thing I ordered went to Canada and I still don't have it I still don't have my money I still don't have anything do not order from this company this company is a scam Right now I'm going through the attorney general to get him shut down

There are multiple fake essential hoodies that they swapped the pictures and give you a cheap copy all they do is scam get rid of this piece of garbage

Never order from them! Son ordered item for Christmas gift. Got it, never worn, tags still on it and decided he didn’t like it. Several emails
Back n forth (which they respond several weeks for each response) and you get. Nowhere. They push the return police of dates/days from purchase and since they respond just about every 2 weeks they put you past the return date. Absolutely horrible business and do not order from them!

Wish I could leave no stars! I never leave reviews for anything but I am agitated by this. Definitely a scam! Ordered beginning of December and still haven't gotten my item. I emailed them and haven't heard back.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!! I ordered an Essentials Hoodie from them & it is fake & not quality product. I have been trying to return this item for a week with no response. This IS NOT an American company they are based out of China. Please do not waste your money & time.

I would give their service a negative 5 stars! They refuse to refund me and provide an address of where to return their junk merchandise. These clothes are not genuine they are fakes portrayed as the real name brands. Stay away from this website!
