Excellent experience. This is the third time I’ve ordered custom size Zip cushions. Fair price, quality and convenience.

I got two custom chair covers made for my front porch chairs. I originally got them for our harsh winters but after almost a year of use I also love the sun and dust protection the provide in the summers. The covers still appear brand new. The fit is perfect so they don't blow off. Having these have saved my chairs from wear keeping them nicer and newer looking.

I ordered sunbrella curtains for my pergola area to enjoy the good weather this spring and summer. I’m totally impressed by the craftsmanship and how good they are doing after several months of wear. No harsh sun anymore, total privacy with a stunning esthetic.

I give you 5 star based on a few covers I tried on since I am still doing outdoor kitchen so I did not want to open all at this time but they look amazing and fit very well! Once I fit all the inserts in all of them we will see! So far so good 👍👍

Review from Aug 2 is exactly my experience, run around for the last 6 weeks. Seemed helpful at the onset of order then delay after delay, misdirection it will be sent in 1-2 days and you will receive an email, week later the same, run around, now have a tracking number coming from India. So no product as of yet. 10 weeks and counting. It’s not the delay as much as the dishonesty of their customer responses

Cushions were well done and the team communicated twice before beginning the work to ensure that the measurements were correct. I love the color and craftsmanship!

I ordered 8 custom chair cushions for a client. There was a lot of back and forth communication. I thought this company was in the US as that is where I sent my template but they actually make overseas. I communicated with different people who didn't seem to talk to each other. the project took longer then it should have. but the end product was as specified.

I was very excited about my order, but at this point I can’t recommend ZIPcushions. We spent $300+ on custom bench cushions, and it was a pretty simple order — We chose fabric that was in stock and got one set for a single bench (back and bottom cushions). The website says you’ll receive your order in 3-4 weeks for custom cushions. It’s now been almost 10 weeks and I’m getting the run around from customer service. I’ve been told multiple times now that my order is in the final stages or that it will ship in 2 days, but another week will go by with nothing. I’m trying to get a refund but I’m not hopeful I’ll ever receive either my cushions or my money back. I’m very disappointed and wish I would have looked at other reviews here before ordering :(

I ordered a smoker cover for a Bradley smoker. Sent pictures and measurements. I got an email asking if I got the fabric samples. I didn't order fabric sample since cover I ordered comes in only two colors and I ordered gray. A month goes by and I get an email saying that I requested a cancellation of order and how do I want my refund. I didn't request a refund and seller gave no reson for cancellation and still has not told my why it was cancelled. Customer service is horrible, no communication. Would not recommend.

I ordered samples ($30) . I then ordered $556 worth of cushion covers. Covers take up to 4 weeks.Decided to cover a bench cushion and ordered samples for that and ordered a fabric from the new samples sent. ( I had a good experience with this company with an outdoor cushion cover ordered about 18 months ago). Get a message weeks after the first order- fabric out of stock-please order another. Didn't like any other fabric and asked for a refund. Again and again, refused the refund and pushed to order another fabric. They even sent attachments of fabric photos to encourage me. The fabrics weren't even in the same color family as the one I ordered. I filed a dispute with my credit card and then got an email from ZIP- "Oh, the refund you want will go faster if you drop the dispute" . Unbelievable. Gets better. Second order , not one related fabric to first- guess what- they don"t have that fabric either. They won't even respond to my demand for a refund for the samples. Run, don't walk. This appears to be a company based in India using a Colorado address as their business address. I have no problem with that if they follow US Consumer law. They fail to fulfill the sales contract and yet would not issue a refund until I filed a dispute. I bet they do same with the second order. Again, run, don't walk away from this company.

⚠️ This company appears to be fraudulent. Please be extremely careful.
I am sharing my experience in detail so that others do not go through the same situation.
I initially purchased several fabric samples from this company because I liked some of their designs. The samples took three weeks to arrive. Additionally, although the company’s website claims that it is based in the United States, the samples were clearly shipped from overseas, which already raised concerns.
After reviewing the samples, I selected my preferred fabric and placed an order for custom cushion covers totaling approximately $800. During the ordering process, I provided very clear instructions: exact sizes, detailed explanations, and even photos with markings showing precisely where the zipper should be placed on each cover.
A few days later, the company contacted me saying they would send a drawing for confirmation of the zipper placement. When I reviewed the drawing, the zipper was shown in a completely different position from what I had clearly specified. I immediately emailed them pointing out the error and requesting corrections.
Despite this, they replied with: “Thank you for your confirmation! We will proceed with production based on this drawing.” This response completely ignored my correction and falsely implied that I had approved the incorrect design, which I absolutely had not.
I then urgently contacted customer service by phone. It was obvious that the call was being handled outside the U.S., and the connection quality was very poor, making communication difficult. Eventually, they sent me a new, corrected drawing, and I explicitly approved it so that production could proceed.
However, just a few days later, I received another email stating that the fabric I had chosen was sold out, that they did not know when it would be restocked, and that I should choose a different fabric instead. Since it is impossible to properly judge fabric quality and texture on a screen, this was unacceptable to me. I had paid for samples and waited three weeks specifically to avoid this situation. I therefore requested a full refund.
In response, they said they were “checking” when the original fabric might become available, but admitted they did not know when that would be, nor when it would arrive. They again insisted that I either wait indefinitely or choose a different fabric. I replied once more that I did not agree to either option and requested a refund again. They then sent me the same message again, repeating themselves without addressing my request.
At this point, I sent a firm email asking whether they were intentionally repeating the same response to delay issuing a refund. Only then did they reply that my case would be transferred to the refund department and that I would hear back within 24 hours.
Several days have passed since that email, and I have received no response. I called customer service again and was told a representative would call me back within 24 hours, but no call has been returned.
Based on this entire experience, I believe this company engages in deceptive and potentially fraudulent business practices, particularly when it comes to avoiding refunds. I have already contacted my credit card company and the appropriate consumer protection agencies, and I am preparing to pursue further action, including legal options.
Please be warned: do not trust this company simply because it claims to be registered in the United States. In my experience, it appears to operate overseas and does not conduct business in a transparent or ethical manner.

The absolute worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They claim to be a Colorado company but the cushions are made outside of the USA and if there are any issues they do not stand behind their work.
