Let me make things simple for you: just hire Pete. I can truly say that he is one of the most professional individuals I have encountered, not just in service industries but in any arena. I am an American citizen applying for dual citizenship with Germany, and as part of my application, I need to include my China Police Certificate for the years I lived in China. From my very first inquiry to his website, Pete's replies and updates on my case were comprehensive, frank, and exceedingly prompt; my confidence and trust in Pete never wavered. His company is a well-oiled machine and alleviated the stress I was feeling about an opaque process that seems impossible to handle remotely. Incredible service

I got my China police check against all odds
Pete from Zhao Zhao got my China police check in two weeks and was so easy to work with. I had a very challenging situation: no address, no work documents in a small town up North, all 10 years ago : in short, a mess. But Pete had patience and an positive attitude. Long story short, I got my police clearance : scan and FedEx copy. Not cheap, but definitely worth the peace of mind and ease of process.

Great service.
I was extremely impressed with the service provided by ZhaoZhao in obtaining my spouse’s Chinese Non-Criminal Certificate (NCCC/CNCR), or police clearance certificate, for our Australian permanent residency application.
The process was remarkably simple. We only needed to provide a few scanned documents, and ZhaoZhao handled virtually everything else. Unlike some other providers, they did not require us to arrange our own notarisation, apostilles, or deal with DFAT ourselves, which saved us a great deal of time, effort, and expense.
The fees were very reasonable and comparable to other services, but with far less work required on our part.
Apple and Pete were both highly professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. Their English was excellent, they answered emails promptly, and they delivered exactly what they promised.
I highly recommend ZhaoZhao to anyone needing assistance obtaining a Chinese police certificate. They made what could have been a complicated and stressful process very straightforward and hassle-free.

Pete has been an amazing help. I needed PCC of China and within just two weeks I received it in Australia. Pete took care of the matter in a very organized way and always responded to my queries in attentive way. He is very professional. He did a good job in applying for my PCC in China and send it to me in Australia. Undoubtedly Zhaozhao is very trustworthy and reliable organization for Chinese police clearance and no criminal certificate.
