Although I had gotten a police certificate already from China, getting a notary was proving to be almost impossible. Found Pete through a friend and he was more than willing to help. Communicated with University staff by themself since I didnt have that PCC on me. Had it mailed to them and then translated and send me a soft copy all within a weeks time.
