This app is very easy to use. My zettle conveyancer (Ethel)also guide me from start to end. She is very professional and patient to answer all my questions.

Once I was set up on the Zettle platform it made the purchasing process so simple. It was easy to keep track of tasks, see what needed to be done and by what date. I hate to think what a nightmare all of that would've been over email! When I needed to speak to Sherry she was available with calm and considered advice. It was fine overall. Things weren’t explained very well and it seemed like a burden every time I asked a question. Not very “first time home buyer” friendly.

The application was reliable and easy to walk yourself through. Unfortunately though my conveyancer was challenging to work with. Shanelle disappeared for weeks at a time during the settlement period, though when I did hear from her the advice was solid. She made mistakes on closing date/time as she didn’t check before speaking which was a concern. After settlement she’s disappeared again, I have no documents from settlement available and it’s a week later, nor a response from her after multiple contact attempts. I’ve been forced to email other people at the company to try and get help. Horrible experience for me sadly, I do not recommend working with her.

Nikole is helpful and prompt, and she responds to her emails for queries.

Sherry from Zettle took out the guesswork and helped explain the complexities of the settlement process. Zettle provided prompt detailed feedback and were very happy to answer our questions and educate us throughout the entire process of settlement for our home loan. We felt on top of the process by using their Zettle app with task reminders and a central chat function with Sherry.

Sherry was amazing to work with. I wasn’t sure about using an online service but everything was so easy and straight forward. All of my questions were answered promptly and my worries put at ease as a first time home buyer. Would highly recommend Sherry and the team at Zettle!

From the start to finish Zettle kept us fully advised at all stages. We found it very convenient to be able to do all the transactions online while coordinating settling in the city and buying in the country on the same day. Some hitches on both transaction but proffesionaly handled with excellent results.

The whole process was made simple and I was constantly kept advised of the progress. Where actions were required on my part, I was given clear and easy to follow instruction.

Jocelyn and the app made my experience so very easy. Always available to answer questions. Able to do my settlement early, so very grateful.
