Working with Zettle is like talking to an AI-Bot, no direct answers, generic and repetitive questions and you can't get a hold of anyone when you actually need their help. On top of that they have shared confidential information to different real estate agent for different properties. Working with Zettle is frustrating Beyond belief.

Used zettle for our home purchase. WOW! The app was excellent. Helped us with the task and timeline. And there was always a chat page open where you can directly chat with the conveyancer. Super good because we were in a different time zone. It was easy for us to leave messages and she replied in a very timely manner. Things have changed so much since the last time I bought .

If you are institutional property investor, Zettle would be provide a solid service. However, if you are a first home buyer, you will find that a lot of little nuances that could have been helpful, if legal conveyancer actually cared about.

Purchasing a home is stressful, At first i was unsure about using an online portal, however Ethel and zettle took away that stress, answered all our questions straight away and made the transaction as stress free as possible.
