I had a hair transplant with Zestige over 14 months ago and results are fantastic. I went to many consultations throughout the Country and I’m so glad I made the right choice of clinic. Gettina hair transplant at Zestige has been an absolutely amazing experience. I have done research into hair transplants for the past couple of years and ultimately decided to get it done in the UK instead of going to Turkey so I could recover at home. I reached out to the clinic for a consultation thanks to a couple of personal references, and Isaac promptly messaged me and set-up a video call. He was clear and transparent about the process, answering my multitude of questions, and noted that I could ask any questions I wanted via WhatsApp. Other clinics I reached out to were not as warm of an introduction during the consultation, and Zestige was the most timely in responses, without putting pressure on doing the procedure at all. The pricing was also much more reasonable than other UK clinics.
The day of the procedure was extremely smooth. The clinic is easily accessible via train + Uber. Reception, Brindon, Dr. Patel, and the entire staff were friendly and helpful throughout the day. Dr. Patel spent a lot of time working with me on the optimal hairline, allaying any concerns I had. I am now about a week out from the surgery, and the clinic has checked in daily to see how I'm doing and given clear post-op instructions. I’ve never been massively sensitive about my hair but even just two days in — way before any real results have kicked in — I can already feel a lift in my mindset and confidence. So I thought I’d share this for anyone curious about a hair transplant but not sure where to begin.

Huge shoutout to Zestige and their brilliant team — Brindon, Issac, Dr. Patel, and the whole surgical crew. From the first chat with Brindon, through the follow-ups, to Dr. Patel’s calm and clear pre-surgery rundown, the whole thing was smooth from start to finish.

The surgery itself was about 7 hours but honestly? Pretty much painless. I now know after bombarding Dr Patel with tonnes of questions on the day, this was due to his 30 years experiance as a Anaesthetic doctor which you could really tell with the skill and his professional, you know when you’re in good hands. A solid 1/10 on the pain meter! The team kept things super chilled — easy conversation, good vibes, and yes, I could even sit there on my phone. Surprisingly comfortable considering what was going on!

Now on day 2 post-op, things are looking great already. My main worry was how I’d look immediately after, but I’ve decided to just embrace it… I’m even heading out for dinner tonight without a cap!

My review is an honest take on my experience, and I am not being paid to write or endorse Zestige in any way. I hope this helps anyone considering it. I am a 49-year-old British Indian male, a client-facingsenior role who has been thinking of having a hair transplant for the last 2 years.
My wife, who works in the NHS, made it clear that it had to be done in the UK. I selected Zestige post recommendations from my wider network who have also had hair transplants completed by Zestige and my own due diligence. My hair transplant was completed on 4th Nov, and my friend, who also researched Zestige, will have his in Jan 2026.
Had a number of video calls with Isaac and numerous follow-up WhatsApp messages with random questions where he went through the pre- and post-process, cost, and hair graft possibilities, so he understood what I was seeking from the transplant. Always truthful and balanced in his responses, not a sales pitch. I also then had a follow-up call with Dr Dinesh Patel 4 weeks before the transplant day. Isaac is responsive pre- and post-op, which I think is important for me.
On operation day, it was explained again in 3 clear stages: extraction of grafts, new graft holes and placing new grafts into holes.
The key points from the day include 1) NOT painful even though the pictures look very bad on the internet; yes, slight discomfort but no pain per se. 2) They took time to agree on a new hairline, and it is very important to have old pictures of what you previously looked like over the years and how you want the new hairline to be.
The hairline was adjusted with my and my wife's feedback, with no rushing at all, and the wider clinical team also helped. 3) Extraction of grafts takes 2 hours faced down; this is a little awkward and the hardest bit of the day but again not painful. Apparently, I have a low pain threshold, I have been told on numerous occasions, but I was absolutely fine. 4) New graft holes take 1 hour, and I fell asleep for most of that. 5) Placing new grafts into holes was totally pain-free, and you basically just sit there. I had a pre-agreed lunch at 2pm; they were team-friendly throughout and communicated to me. They only perform one procedure per day, so they are solely focused on me. Post transplant I have taken no painkillers, as I did not feel post-op pain, and I have slept upwards for 6 days as a precaution.
I have followed the advice provided by the team and messaged on WhatsApp whenever I wanted to clarify anything, as there is lots of conflicting advice on the internet.
Also had a follow-up call with Dr and Isaac on day 8. The transplant looks great so far, and I won’t know the full impact until 12 months’ time, but so far so good. I am writing this on day 9 post-op, and my scabs are gone and feel normal. I have been working from home since day 4 and will go into London on day 13.
I recommend Zestige for service, value for money and aftercare, and most importantly, if you are doing this type of thing, I would want to only do it once and have it be right. Good luck to you.
