I had a 3,500-graft FUE hair transplant at Zestige Hair Clinic in Crawley yesterday.

The procedure took about 8½ hours, which I expected for such a large transplant. The best part was that I did not feel any pain throughout the entire procedure and on the next day.

Dr Patel is highly experienced, friendly, caring, professional, and calm. He explained every stage of the procedure clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. I believe his skill and experience are the reason I did not feel any pain, even while he administered the many local anaesthetic injections.

My special thanks go to Dr Patel and his fantastic professional team: Yuten, Phaneendra, Asish, John, Jess, and the reception staff. They all looked after me exceptionally well and worked together brilliantly as a team. They are a real asset to the company.

I found Zestige's pricing to be competitive, and I believe they have done an excellent job with my hair transplant. I am now carefully following their clear and detailed aftercare instructions and taking the prescribed medication. Hopefully, I will see excellent results over the coming months.

I drove to the clinic, which took about 1½ hours, as I live quite far away. My surgery started at 8:00 am, which was ideal because it helped me avoid the morning traffic. The journey home took around 2½ hours because of the evening rush hour.

Before the procedure, I was a little anxious about driving home afterwards. However, Dr Patel reassured me that some patients even drive for up to four hours after the procedure without any problems. He was absolutely right. Because the procedure was performed under local anaesthetic, I was fully awake, completely alert, and experienced no pain, so I had no difficulty driving home. I hope sharing my experience will reassure future patients who may be planning to drive themselves.

Zestige also provided a nice lunch, along with juice and water, which was a thoughtful touch.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied that I chose Zestige Hair Clinic. From my experience, the care, professionalism, and teamwork were excellent. I would be happy to recommend them to my family and friends.

I had 5000 fue hair grafts towards the end of last year over two operations. I was really well looked after, the team talked me through everything in detail and gave me all the support I needed both before and afterwards. Team are very detail orientated and pragmatic, they plan and design hairline and graft placement very carefully - and are very careful in their approach. Provided you follow the steps, recovery is quick, and swelling controlled - but results as explained take several months to start showing. So far results after 4 months have been excellent, would highly recommend!

The only discomfort I felt was during the administration of the anaesthetic to the scalp, which I’d rate no more than a 2/10. Aside from that, the procedure was smooth and well-managed.

Great experience at Zestige in crawley, I went into the clinic very nervous, mainly because of what I had read online about the injection pain, but I can honestly say the whole procedure was pain free, 0 out of ten pain.

What a lovely guy Brandon is. Kind hearted and very transparent how his experience in the industry has evolved. Vastly experienced and he doesn't view his job as his job. The surgical team were so precise and they just wanted the best for me.
