Excellent from start to finish. The solar system was installed quickly and fitters cleaned up after themselves. My electric meter has barely moved since, saving me a small fortune. Thank you, Zest.

Fantastic experience from survey to installation. Installers worked extremely hard to complete in one day. It’s made a massive difference to my bills too, which has been great to see. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A little bit pushy promise of a free inverter did not happen according to the paper work everything else first class

Zest energy fitted solar panels and batteries to our property. The service was very fast, from the first consultancy to fitting of the equipment it was only 6 days. We were happy with Paul's explanation of what we needed and how it was to be fitted and the Green loan available from Capital Credit Union. The actual fitters were also great, courteous, explained things and consulted us about where things could be fitted.

Installation was great original meter hasnt noved since panels installed,after sales care not so as still unsure how everything works. Unable to gain access to app on phone. Otherwise all good

Zest Energy were very good from beginning to completion, and patient with us, as there were delays our end, (beyond our control!)

Honest and proffesional from start to finish

The job only just completed, but on the first day the system seems to be performing as expected. I have had both prior to, and during installation, a few questions. The Admin team answered my queries /questions promtly and to my satisfaction. The installers also did a good job, working well into the evening in order to finish. They were also happy to discuss details and minor changes that I requested to fit in with my wishes.

Waiting for over 4 months for a response to my problem I am not happy.

The installers were very professional and we were happy with the installation of our solar panels.
We were not impressed by the salesman as we felt
he was very pushy and didn’t seem to have practical knowledge of the system. He didn’t seem to know exactly how many solar panels we would need. We felt he was only interested in making a sale.

Provided what I required for my stated budget.

I believed that the installation of solar would bring me benefits. It has. My electricity bills have reduced noticeably.

This company are only interested in installing as fast and simply as possible. They will demand payment with menace before the work is fully completed. If there is any problem the man in charge will give you the run around and pass the buck to others. If you do manage to speak to him to complain he will accuse you of being rude and hang up like a petulant child. The 10 year guarantee is bogus. I had to pay over £400 pounds to another company when the installation failed after a year and a half. One of the meters was melted inside could have caused a fire. The installation is now wired as it should have been and the Solis app is now working correctly which it wasn’t before. I got all sorts of excuses as to why it didn’t work properly from the start. If anything goes wrong with this company they will string you along but will not fix the problem.
There was nothing wrong with the inverter the wiring installed by Zest was at fault and they would have found that out if they had examined the installation which they refused to do. I had to speak to the manufacturers myself after months of prevarication and inaction by Zest.
This man’s pathetic rebuttals only prove my assertions.
Do not expect any help from this company if anything goes wrong with with your installation.

Zest Energy have been an excellent company to deal with from start to finish. As advised by the friendly consultant I ordered a Growatt solar system and this has now been in successful operation for around 6 weeks. The installation team were on time and the work carried out was to a high standard. Highly recommend, Vicky
