Zen Blinds Anmeldelser

Was very happy with the quality of blinds I received. Instructions to install very easy to follow. They look great up and finish the bedroom and bathroom off nicely.
I also really admired the fact that after I sent my order in, they emailed me to confirm the size I ordered. ( one had smaller width slats than the other) They just wanted to check I hadn’t ordered a wrong size. That’s great customer service!!!!

Amazing quality blinds at an equally amazing price. Delivered well within the 15 working days advertised, considering they need to cut to size then ship. The ongoing and follow up customer service has been second to none. Best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Will definately use again and would recommend to others.

Green blinds were difficult to find so pleased with these. They were made to measure so great fit on my window. Good customer service

A brilliant well made blind. And great customer service. They quickly dealt with a problem that I had without any fuss.

The blinds turned out great, I did have an issue which was resolved quickly and happy with the end result. Thankyou :)

Great product. Recommend

Great products! I ordered Day and Night Vertical Sheers, which are similar to curtains but actually a much better shading solution. Why? Because instead of having 2 curtains, you get 1 blind for a fraction of the price. When the slats are open, light is filtered in; when the slats are closed, your room is darkened and you get privacy. Additionally, the louvres create a perfect wave form, which you cannot achieve with curtains.

I was looking for made to measure blinds for small windows. I especially wanted pink blinds. Upon researching and looking at a number of online blind suppliers I found Zen Shades. They had lovely pink venetian blinds and could make them to measure. Upon comparison they were 50% cheaper than other online retailers. I placed the order, there was a delay due to the festive period, however they called me to advise of the delay and apologise for it. Once my blinds arrived, they fitted perfectly, the quality is really good and they look stunning. I am delighted with them and i will use Zen Shades again.

I wanted something a bit different for my kitchen and found it at Zen Shades. They were delivered before the scheduled date and look amazing. Everyone comments on them.

I placed my order with Zen Shade Blinds on the 9th of November and was pleased to receive it within 15 working days, as promised. I ordered the Day and Night Vertical Sheers, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The blinds were incredibly easy to install, and the material is of outstanding quality – they feel durable and look fantastic in my home. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I received multiple emails and phone calls updating me on my order’s progress, which gave me confidence that everything was on track. Zen Shade Blinds offers a level of service that’s hard to find these days. I couldn’t fault them, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend Zen Shade Blinds and will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!

Very impressed with the quality of the blinds and the service in general.

From start to finish; the service I received from making my order to the blinds being delivered was sublime.

I am already considering ordering again for the kids’ rooms. Thanks again Zen Team!

I am extremely pleased with my purchase! The blind was delivered incredibly quickly, far exceeding my expectations. The measurements were perfectly accurate, ensuring a perfect fit for my window. The quality of the material is excellent. The installation process was straightforward, making the entire experience hassle-free.

I recently ordered blinds from Zen Shades, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the experience. The delivery was on time, which I really appreciated. The pricing was VERY reasonable for the quality of materials, which seem durable and well-made. The only minor issue I encountered was that I was not clear on the installation instructions but I called their CS and got it sorted. All in all, I’m happy with the blinds and the service, and I would recommend the retailer for those looking for good value and quality.

Top-notch quality from Zen Shades, their blinds look fantastic in my home, I couldn't be happier with my experience! One of the biggest concerns I had before buying blinds online was getting the measurements right, but Zen Shades have a super straightforward guide! They also have a video with further instructions if you need it :)

Initially, I was a bit anxious ordering blinds online because of the difficulty of measuring and installing them. However, Zen Shades provided me with super clear instructions on how to measure for my blinds and how to install them. They also have videos on their website, which made it so easy for me. It took me less than 10 minutes to install my blinds!
