Zen Organics website is so easy to get through. I was looking for the best formula possible and I love the quiz that can help you narrow down the options. With tariffs in place it took a little longer than expected which isn't their fault however the customer service was helpful in navigating my order.

I am beyond frustrated with my experience. Zen Organic Formula shipped my order in August, and it still hasn’t arrived. After contacting USPS, I was told the package was missing the required documentation — something that is entirely the seller’s responsibility.

After I complained, the company sent a replacement, but shockingly, that shipment is now stuck in customs for the exact same reason. This repeated mistake shows a complete lack of competence and accountability.

This is baby formula — not a casual purchase — and delays like this are unacceptable. I have wasted 6 weeks chasing updates, and I still have no idea when or if my order will arrive.

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company. Until they learn how to properly ship their products and handle customs documentation, I cannot recommend them.

Zen had the organic baby formula we needed that is not sold in the US. It was easy to place the order and make a payment. When the order was running later than expected, about a week, they notified me. It was also easy to write and email and I got a timely response from customer service. Love their free shipping.

I ordered formula for my son and it showed shipped and then I found out it was being held in customs. It has now been held in customs for 2 weeks already with no signs of being released. Requested a refund but was told they want to send replacement and I would still be charged for the replacements at a 30% discount. Why would I want to pay for even more formula after I already spent over 200 dollars. Will not ever go through this company again.

Right now baby formula is so important that I believe buying from zen organics was a great decision and I will buy from them again

I recently purchased the Jovie Stage 1 Goat formula from Zen Organic Formula and could not be more pleased. My baby had been experiencing gas issues with another U.S. brand, but since making the switch, his discomfort has significantly improved. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

I had a really disappointing experience with this company. My order was delayed at customs for a long time, and even though I reached out to them twice, I never got a reply. On top of that, when the package finally arrived, I received unexpected bills from FedEx and U.S. Customs that I had to pay out of pocket.
It’s frustrating to deal with delays, no communication, and then extra charges that I wasn’t warned about. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I wouldn’t order from them again.
