The formula I ordered came super quickly. Unfortunately one of my ready to feed cases leaked and they gave me a full refund so I can quickly repurchase it. Wonderful products and even better customer service!

Great customer service
My son ended up having a cow milk allergy and we couldn’t use the HIPP formula, but my experience with the site and customer service was great.

If you want your order to arrive - order with someone else
Shipping instructions were improperly filled out by ZOF causing our shipment to be stuck in Customs (Canada). Something as basic as Broker Information was missed. At the time of writing this, we've been waiting over 8 days for our shipment, even though we paid the Customs fee upfront.
On top of that, ZOF support has been non-existent. A generic response was received after multiple follow ups but with information that was completely useless.
If you order from them it's a gamble if you'll actually receive your product. Proceed with caution.

When I had to start supplementing at 6 months, I had to make a decision which formula to use. Zen organic made this transition easier with helpful information, good deals and fast shipping. This formula is very similar to breast milk with almost no GI symptoms.

My son was diagnosed with a possible cows milk intolerance (not allergy) and was given samples of US made hypoallergenic formula. The ingredients were awful and so I was looking for any other option. I found HIPP HA and was so much comfortable ordering this product. He seems to love it and it is great for me needing to supplement. Highly recommend!!!
