Shoes are tight you need 1 size bigger

On Cloud boots were a counterfeit product. Explains why the price was almost 50% difference. Customer service was awful and has a China address to ship items back. Do NOT use this company

I ordered a pair of shoes, 10.5 in size. Not only did it take longer then it was supposed to for me to get them. They sent me a size 11. When I emailed them about their mistake, they responded with. If you want to keep the size 11 we will give you 60% off on the 10.5 and send them out. Now why would want to pay for a pair of shoes that doesn’t fit me and turn around and buy another pair when they should have sent me the correct size in the first place not at least replace them with the correct size. I told them that me keeping the size 11 and buying the 10.5 was not going to work for me. It’s been a week and a half and I haven’t heard a word from them. So I guess I got screwed. Do not use them unless you want to get screwed. Because you will. Stay away from this company.

This company is the worst the merchandise it sells is not original I bought some completely fake sneakers and they never answer the messages I don't recommend it

Actual time to ship was longer than expected. But once they shipped, it arrived relatively quickly. Was very nervous about it being a legitimate business based on some reviews but, I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that I got a pair of On Clouds for half price.

Great price and legit product are 5 stars. Time to deliver was +2 months. Savings worth the wait.

Good purchase, however, better communication would have made it great. I thought I was getting scammed for a while since delivery was about 3 weeks.

Waited a month for my delivery of Nike mens sneakers. Finally emailed them three times -they never got back. I do not believe this is a reputable company. My friend’s Nike Mind sneakers from Zelanni finally came, and they were counterfeit Nike. Fake Nike. Not at all Nike. I do not believe this is a reputable site.

Zelanni scammed me out of $245.00. I bought two pair of sneakers and never received the merchandise. They will reply with empty promises that your merchandise is coming, but it never shows. They will also send an email from the owner who will also make unfulfilled promises and discounts.They will even provide tracking information which will show they never received the merchandise to ship. Stay away from this website. If it’s too good to be true, it’s too good to be true I was duped!

Great boots. Received within 15 days of purchase

The shoes delivered are unacceptable. The left and right shoe are different. The left shoe is slightly longer and narrower than the right. The left shoe also sits lower than the right. There is also a strong chemical odor from the shoes. Are these authentic OC cloud shoes?

The shoes are completely unwearable.

I want to return these (explain how to) and want a refund.

I orders shoes and it’s been 1 month and haven’t received anything!!! I emailed them about my boots and no response!!

It’s all a fraud I order shoes over a month ago and haven’t seen nothing not even a tracking number and you can get a hold of them

Same issues as others. Bought shoes from Zellani 4/11/2026. Seller never shipped them. They responded to my first inquiry with but then stopped replying to subsequent inquiries. Disputed charge with my cc company. For what it's worth these faux-sellers seem to like using Instagram. For me, I am no longer buying anything via Instagram

I ordered a pair of shoes Nike Mind 002 shoes on April 1, 2026. They have yet to arrive. They did send me a notification that a shipment was received (actually, the shipping company sent me the notification), which included pictures of the delivery to my front door (correct address). However, the shipment turned out to be 3-D printing wire (1 spool, green). When I sent them a picture of the wire, they offered to have me pay 1/2 off on another pair of shoes. I wouldn't buy anything from Zelanni ever. There is no person. There is only what appears to be an ineffective AI responding to e-mail. When I refused that offer, I have yet to hear back. I would caution anyone considering doing business with Zelanni to think twice about it.
