This company has horrible customer service and will not help when they mess up.

I order a pair of there Shoes in May and then I received a message that they were delivered??? They Delivery Service who they used went to the wrong address, they told me that they left the shoes with the person of the house, so I went and chatted with her and she said they were not delivered to her house? Someone is lying ? I have all the receipts!!! Do not DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They are not worth the time and effort!!!

Website sent my shoes in the wrong size. It was an obvious mistake on their part. Emails and order receipt show the obvious mistake. They take 1-2 weeks in between each reply to then now want to charge me a $25 shipping fee for their mistake. I will never use this site again. Not worth the lower price of their products.

This website is a scam. Don’t purchase from this website.
I ordered a pair of shoes that we’re supposed to be on cloud, waterproof boots. I never got them. I emailed the company numerous times asking for a refund. They said that they couldn’t refund me because my packages is in transit.

I checked the tracking number that they gave me. The tracking number doesn’t exist. There’s no package attached to it.

I’ve had to start investigations of fraud with my credit card company, and also with Shop. Hopefully this company could be taken down for it. Scams.

Doesn’t even deserve one star, but needed to leave warning. Still waiting for product over 1mo. and haven’t received any updates. I think you can chalk this one up to fraud / fake website / products. I reached out to website once and got a response, but no further info on my purchase or new arrival date(s). Save your cash and don’t purchase from here.

Terrible company. Ordered two items took several weeks to arrive. When I received the items the material was very unsatisfactory. Applied for a refund. Told they would give me 15% of my order amount…only $11.xx

I wanted to write this review, I would never I mean never order from these people again, this has to be a scam.
I order a pair of shoes in April and still yet to receive them. I’ve written over 10 emails asking for details of my shoes , I’ve ask for a refund which I’ve yet to get a reply. Nor have I received my product and it’s been over two months going on three. Please do not waste your time with this sad group. I hope this helps other people. All I can say is do not order from this company, customer service is a joke. They emailed me once and ghosted me after that.

Stay away from the company! They send you wrong product and want you to send them money to return the product to China despite having a New Mexico return address on the box. They sell knockoffs but advertise legit products. Good reviews are done by bots or “fake” accounts. You’ll never get to speak
To anyone or deal with them other than email which some point they will stop responding.

The absolute worst. This is a scam Chinese company do not buy anything from them.

I ordered a pair of oc boots and never received them also when I tried to contact them the email contact was not legitimate

I ordered a size 14 pair of shoes from this site, they sent a size 13. It took SEVERAL emails for them to offer a return for their mistake....and now they have gone missing now that it is time to send the info to me for a return and refund. This is a SCAM!!! DO NOT SEND ZELANNI ANY OF YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

No product received and customer service will not respond with anything other than a canned comment that all is going as expected.

I was recently scammed by this company. It’s been two months and I paid extra for express shipping that showed a delivery date of the next week. They responded with the name of their carrier in Texas where they claim my order of being processed and to contact them. The number they gave it not the real number to that carrier. When I got the real number was told they have no record of order or tracking number. Yet this company site keeps saying in transit a d they refuse to resolve the issue. I now have to take this up with my credit card company. TOTAL SCAM

Don't trust this company's customer support. I originally ordered a pair of boots in size 10.5 on May 12. Didn't receive my order till two weeks later, to find out I received the wrong size 11. Then I emailed customer support. They provided me with two options: 1) Return the boot, and I pay the $25 shipping cost, or 2) receive another boot for 50%. Both options leave me with an out-of-pocket expense for a mistake I did not make.

Today, almost a month later, I am still emailing back and forth, and I keep getting duplicate responses. I'm starting to think this Zelanni is a scam. They need to make it right.

Don't buy from them; this company is a scam. I bought and paid for two pairs of sneakers in May but never received the merchandise. I've contacted them several times, and they simply claim the items were delivered, but I never got them. Be careful—it's a scam!

I would rather a Zero if I could! I ordered Nike Mind 002 in a 13 and I waited for a month the shoes were shipped from 100% counterfeit.( verified by an authentication company. Also they sent me an 11 not a 13. I requested a refund an they offered me a second pair at 40% off. I couldn’t get my money back $137.00 because I used Zip to pay and ther is no fraud coverage.

Ordered shoes but after 7 weeks I cancelled the order. This is the first and last time I'll ever order off a Facebook add.

Took the maximum time to get and they are the wrong size for what I ordered waiting to hear back from customer service to see about swapping them for the right size

It was a great deal and received in two weeks!

All good except notifications of delivery times would have been great.
