Long shipping time, quality is poor and shoe is extremely uncomfortable especially around toe area.
On trying to return there’s no return option like other online companies where you select return and your label is generated no it’s not that simple with these guys you need to contact the support email where they question you and want photos sent I’m back and forth between emails now and still no return address to send them back.
The shoes I purchased also are advertised are Othotic friendly which they are not my orthotics do not fit in them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the run around from customer service support to return them.

Poor quality runners. Nothing orphapedic about them, they feel like cardboard and they took 27 days to arrive and do not hold up to their 30 day money back guarantee. Worst shoes I've ever bought and no refund. Also very slack with e-mail responses. Bad experience all round. Don't waist your time or money. Absolutely crap service and quality

I ordered a dress from this shop online thinking I was dealing with an Australian store. The dress took ages to be delivered and came from China. It looked nothing like the picture of the dress I ordered and was made from a cheap synthetic material.

Orthopaedic shoes were nothing like they said. They were 2 & 1/2 sizes smaller than my usual size even though they had my correct size printed on them. They were obviously cheaply made and after asking for a refund they tried to sell me new shoes in a different style or something else but I had to pay for the delivery but was told I could keep the shoes. Once I refused they said I would be passed on to the refund centre but have never received a response after several emails from my end. Definitely scammers

Absolute rubbish quality. Bought 3 pairs of shoes. The men’s pair was way too small even though it was labeled as the size I ordered. They also looked nothing like the picture. Very cheap looking and not of orthopaedic quality. The 2 women’s pairs were again of poor quality and with one pair the left shoe was significantly smaller than the right. I waited ages to hear back from the company about returning the shoes for a refund and they didn’t respond until got pay pal involved. I sent them all back at a cost of $50. The company is now refusing to give me a refund as they’re stating the shoes have not arrived despite Australia Post confirming the package has arrived in China.

Their social media is great & makes items look beautiful. The dress that arrived is nothing like the dress showed online. Cheap, tacky material and a completely different shade of color. Try getting your money back, good luck. I have been in communication with them for days now and each email prolongs the request for a full refund. I have been offered discounts, new products but still not 1 step closer to my refund. Ill have to seek intervention from the bank, as getting money back from this company seems impossible- avoid.

If i could give a minus i would, complete scam, the quality is the worst i have seen. Absolute rubbish.
Trying to return an item for a refund is very expensive as not in Australia only the warehouse is. The cost to post back to China is more than the item is worth.

SCAM ARTISTS. Do not buy from these people, they used to be Aura-Straya. Poor quality and don’t provide refunds. You spend your money sending it back only for items to return back on door step 4 months later!

I bought few pairs of sandals and the quality is amazing and shipping time is reasonable
