Zarax Removals Anmeldelser

Fantastic service!
I'm writing to thank you all, and especially Mike, Liam, and Tito, for the excellent service with our recent move. We had been in our old house for 12 years and it was a huge upheaval for us.
We felt very supported by your customer care and excellent service throughout. I choose Zarax Removals as Lucian was the only surveyor who went into our loft to estimate the volume of contents and noticed that we had a large understairs cupboard. We felt the quote was very accurate and the information he gave us was extremely helpful.
The day before the move, Mike, Liam and Tito arrived at 08:30 and we could not believe the speed and efficiency with which they worked to pack our belongings. Over the two days, they worked incredibly hard, were very polite, cheerful, friendly, and helpful.
We would also like to thank them for the care they took with all our belongings – we have almost finished unpacking, and everything has been beautifully packed and cared for. We are delighted that our move went so easily and would like to send you all a huge thank you. We have no plans to move again at present but have been recommending you to our family and friends.
With many thanks and all best wishes
Jenny Wright

Mike and Tino moved the contents of my house from Wales to north Derbyshire. They were brilliant - on time, professional with their packing skills and careful with my belongings, and positive and cheerful right to the end of the day. They arrived before me at the new property and were happy to go in to the estate agent and pick up the keys on my behalf, which took away a big layer of stress for me. By the time I arrived, they'd more or less finished unpacking. I've moved house a few times times in the last three years and this move was, by far, the simplest because of Mike and Tino. I'm happy to give them the highest recommendation.

Excellent service for the second time.
All members of the team was very polite and professional and despite a rainy day they were cautious and quick with the loading and unloading… Packing was a breeze…
Lovely team I got.
Definitely recommend!!!

Fabulous - would not hesitate to use them again
Would recommend them to anyone

Zarax removals carried out a very amateurish removal for us recently but are unwilling to engage in any conversation regarding our issues about their terrible service. They promised investigate and reply but have totally ignored us. They use Pickfords cartons without authority and offer services they cannot fulfil at a premium rate. Do not under any circumstances use this company. They are cowboys of the highest order and only care about money.

We recently used Zarax in our move to Kent & found them to be extremely efficient & organised with the handling of our furniture & possessions. Their packers were unbelievably efficient & never stopped until the job was done. They took real care when handling our furniture & nothing was damaged or broken once unpacked at our new home. Zarax is a great company to deal with & great value for money. Lucian made the whole experience stress free & I highly recommend this company for your next move.

Really helpful, friendly and reliable service. Very reasonable prices and went out of their way to help.

We moved home with Zarax and chose them because of their great price and very good reviews.

Safe to say the reviews lived up to their comments and I too could not recommend Zarax enough.

Friendly, on time and hard working.

Cannot stress enough how great they both were and what is usually a very stressful day, was made very easy as a result of Lucian & Co.

I would have no issue recommending to my own friends and family & will certainly use again!

Decent price, guys were on time, polite, did everything asked of them. Can't fault them at all. Top job.
Would use again.

Zarax removals just moved myself and my partner from Coventry to Buckinghamshire. I honestly cannot fault the service at all - by far the cheapest quote I received (from about ten companies). Gabriel and his uncle (So sorry I cannot remember his name) were incredible. They arrived at 8:30 as agreed and were speedy and efficient. We had some difficult furniture and a very steep and narrow staircase and they did a splendid job with these. Thank you so much, would 100% recommend!

Arrived on time Very polite and extremely helpful Everything moved with no worries

Very professional. Arrived on time. I had a lot more things than I anticipated and they kindly took everything. Everything was taken very carefully but quickly at the same time. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. Thank you very much

I just want to say thanks to a very professional house move from Leicester to Reading, including a piano. The movers were, punctual, extremely helpful and very nice people. They did the move with utmost care. Recommend them very much.

Fantastic friendly service. Arrived on time, loaded up quickly and carefully. They were great at dismantling and assembling our furniture too. And all for a very competitive price!

Extremely satisfactory experience, great and helpful guys.
I will give the team 100% review

Clear communications. We had our furniture dismantled and others stuff packed. The mover was quick and efficient. Overall very good service.

I can't rate this removals company high enough. The team helped me relocate from Leicestershire to Herefordshire. I couldn't believe how hard the 2 men worked and how efficient they were. They moved everything carefully. They wouldn't even stop for a cup of tea when we got to Herefordshire. The quote was very good too. Worth every penny. Made the day so much less stressful. I will definitrly recommend this company to my mum when she moves house soon. Thank you so much. Lorna & Charlie

We used Zarax removals last week and we would definitely recommend them. They were very efficient and careful with our items. They were patient when we had to wait around for the estate agents to give us the keys to our property. They took responsibility for all aspects of the removal, including when we offered to help lift things.

Really pleased with their service - Lucian was helpful on the phone in advance and everything went smoothly on the day. Would definitely recommend.

I would rate this removal firm very highly. Communication with Lucian throughout the process was great and he and his team on the day provided excellent service, treating all the furniture with care and going above and beyond with the unload. They were everything you could wish for to make the move easy. Absolutely brilliant
