Zarax Removals Anmeldelser

Lucian and his team were hard working and efficient from initial contact to the last point of job finish.

Moving home is a stressful experience with the upheaval and uncertainty of how the day can go but Lucian made sure it was a fun and as stress free experience as possible.

The initial review of the move was easy and straightforward, including a video call to make sure both sides knew what to expect.

On the day of the move, the team arrived promptly and got straight to work.

The Zarax Removals team went over and above to help get the job done.

Thanks again

Holly, Andy and Will

Only company to come out and view the property before quoting. Gave a clear overview and stuck to what we covered off.

3 man crew for a complete pack / disassemble beds, dinning room table / and reassemble in the new property. Every box placed into the room of your choice. Professional team with no damage to old or new property when moving large items. Friendly crew.

100% recommended 👌

I am very happy that I called Zarax Removals and they moved me to my new home and did everything neatly and quickly 5 stars

Brilliant service, quick and efficient in the office, quick and efficient in the removal service, arrived with plenty of time and completed in less time than anticipated, can’t fault them on any aspect, a pleasure to do business with.

Very good experience. Lucian the first contact was very helpful and Raz the person who came for the removal was very good and professional. I definitely recommend Zarax Removals. Great service.

Lucian and his team moved us last year and we were so happy with the service we recommended him to my mum. She has just moved using Lucian and his team and she was thrilled with them. They went the extra mile for her. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Lucian and team 😊

Great communication from the very start of my enquiry. Well priced compared to other companies. Turned up 5 minutes early and didn't stop work until everything was packed. Really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Respected my belongings and property. Well organised to ensure all my belongings were packed safely and nothing damaged. Quick turnaround the other end. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need removal services. Thank you Lucian and your team.

Zarax removals provided a fantastic service. The team worked extremely hard. Lucian and the boys were super efficient and happy to help with anything, big or small. They moved a wardrobe in the new house and moved a heavy oak cabinet when I asked without hesitating. Packing and furniture assembling was really good. Excellent communication and very reasonable price. They made moving so much easier! Highly recommend this service

Fantastic team to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. From beginning to end, everyone was so helpful and efficient. From booking, to boxes, to moving on the day, everything was perfect. On the day the two movers were extremely efficient, quietly getting on with it, not stopping at all. Excellent communications all along the way - Highly recommended from me

We moved from Loughborough, Leics. to London on Saturday 14 January 2023. From the first message (on a bank holiday) until the last Zarax Removals was very prompt , clear and concise. During the period of information Lucian was very friendly and helpful over the phone. On the moving day two guys came over on time. We were all very much impressed. They made plans, protected every item with heavy blankets or others paddings if necessary. We had a lot of fragile furniture items. Every single item was delivered intact without a scratch. Gianni and Sebastian are hard working, friendly guys. We are very grateful. I shall personally recommend Zarax removals all my friends. I am planning to use them again in the near future for another (smaller) removal. Thank you Zarax team!

Lucian and the team were helpful and supportive from start to finish.
The initial review of the move was easy and straightforward, including a video call to make sure both sides knew what to expect. On the day of the move, the team arrived promptly and got straight to work.
We moved from a flat to a house which was still undergoing small renovations, but the team took it all in their stride, smiling and chatting through the day.
All our belongings were well looked after, and everything went exactly as planned.
Thanks for seeing us through!

The team moved us from Leicester to Essex in 2022. By far an above and beyond company who we would recommend to anyone moving. They took a lot of stress out of our day by moving our boxes and furniture safely and securely. Their work ethic was amazing and all the staff were so helpful and polite.

Great service from a Lucian and his team who worked very efficiently indeed very happy with the removal experience

Lucien and the guys arrived in time and worked solidly until the job was done. They took good care of my belongings and were overall helpful.

How easy Zarax made our move!
Arrived early and worked all day with smiles on their faces.
Three Romanians with varying levels of English and they could not have been more helpful and obliging. Insisted on cracking on and it it difficult to get them to break for a drink, but eventually they did.
There must have been well in excess of 100 boxes but only 1 glass got broken.
Highly delighted and would recommend them to anyone contemplating a relocation.

Worker were great. with us for around 13 hrs. Thank you so much even when it turned out my car keys had been packed in error
And previous owner of new property still moving out.

I just wanted to write to you formerly to express my sincere thanks for your assistance with our recent move. I can genuinely say I found your team's service exceptional.
Firstly, your patience whilst we waited to confirm our actual moving date was incredibly helpful. Secondly the care and attention paid to our property resulted in no damage and all boxes were taken to the correct rooms at our new house. Finally, what a great team you have, they were both polite and a pleasure to work with.
Moving is incredibly stressful but your company alleviated much of this and made the move seamless. A huge thanks to all of you and I would have no hesitation in giving your company a reference in the future.

Fantastic!!!
I just wanted to let you know that the 2 men that did our removal were outstanding. They took really good care of our things and were extremely helpful. They were polite and kept me up to date on their progress as they were packing and unpacking the van. It not often you find people who are genuinely nice people and these 2 are! We are very grateful to them for all their hard work, patience, and the care they took. If you have employee of the month then these 2 should be them! Thank You to them both for everything they did to make our removal as successful as it was. Best wishes!

Dear Sirs
I am writing to thank you very much for all your help and expertise during my move from Glasgow to London at the beginning of last month.
Everything went very smoothly due to Mike and John, who were absolutely fantastic. They were so polite and helpful, and I felt that nothing was too much trouble for them even though they must both have been very tired.
They were so careful with all our belongings, and nothing was missing, broken or damaged in any way.
Please pass on our sincere thanks to them both, even though these are a little late. We certainly recommend you to anyone who we know is moving house, and we would not hesitate to use your firm again ourselves.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - CONMAN
I paid for the packing service and on delivery at my new house found things had just been thrown in a box and not wrapped, boxes were not marked up and the whole removal was a farce. i was totally horrified when i saw my antiques just rammed in the lorry, draws strewn all over the place. the lads did not know where to put the boxes as not marked and i also had to deal with a very arrogant employee. i have emailed the relevent person on several occasions who has not even had the decency to reply to my emails. They take your money and don't give a damn I am horrified at how they get away with this type of service
