Great fast service & delivery. The abayas I purchased are very good quality I'm very pleased with my purchase!!!

Soft, non see-through and perfect fabric for abayas. Loved it so much. The thing I like the most is the pockets. Abays with pockets its a big yes for me.

I ordered sleeveless slip dresses in a couple of colours for next day delivery. DPD delivered in time. The slips were for my abaya jacket. They were good quality and the fit was great. So i ordered more. Really pleased with colours. Nice soft fabric. Then it got hot. Now i didn't want to layer so i checked online and they had the slips with sleeves. I ordered a couple one size up to allow for chest measurement. I’m so glad i dud. I ordered more in different colours. They are same fabric and look amazing on. So glad i found this this place. Im 5foot 2 and i order 54 in the sleeveless and 56/58 in the full sleeve.

I ordered some slip dresses in size 52 in navy blue & gold, they were a great fit & length was perfect, im 4ft 11, will be ordering again from here.

I bought an abaya from this store and unfortunately little bits of thread are coming out of the side of the abaya and I’ve only worn it once. I tried to ask for exchange or refund but was ignored. It’s a shame cos my friends really liked the abaya and wanted to purchase one for themselves but I told them not to.

I liked the colour / style / cut of the Abaya, however, the material was polyester and not of quality material such as silk or cotton etc and I found the total price for this to be higher than what the clothing was worth, it would be helpful to invest in good quality material to match the prices of the Abayas, or if the material is not of quality then the prices should be reduced thereby matching / aligning with the product value. I also ordered a size 60 and received a size 58 (which surprisingly fitted), therefore, it would be best practice to double check sizing / clothing etc before sending packages to customers. Also complimentary hijabs with Abayas will be a lovely gesture to customers. Thank you

This is not the first time I have bought from zadina abayas, as I have been impressed by the cut and style of the basic abayas. I ordered 3 more in different colours however the length differs slightly on each on despite all being size 56. It’s only by a few centimetres but I’d prefer it to be longer than shorter.

Alhamdulillah for the service. Considering that I am way in the Indian Ocean 🇸🇨. My order has been well received. Love the fabric. I will definitely order from you again in shaa Allah.

They dont refund delivery fees even if you return the full order (even though they have to do this) and "sales team staff" are rude and are not taught how to communicate to the customer, nor do they possess ability to communicate simple matters without emailing with rude, sarcastic rhetorical questions in response to my query. Absolutely atrocious. They also hardly EVER reply to emails. it took 3 months for them to respond to me

The black silky Farasha is stunning and the price was very reasonable considering how beautiful it is. I’m very pleased that I got it on sale.

However I’m really disappointed with the cream sleeved slip. It is completely transparent. I understand that light coloured clothing is a little transparent but why is there no full lining to take care of this issue, considering that the products are advertised as modest wear.

I’m probably gonna keep it since it is quite pretty and the material is very nice and soft, but now I will have to pay a tailor to add lining to this.

Not happy with the quality of the abaya I received. Very cheap material used, I don't know how to return the item.

The abayas were delivered on time. The site was easy to navigate. I bought two abayas.

The choc mid zip abaya is beautiful but misleading. The name ‘choc’ made me think it would be a dark, deep brown. In person, it looks purple. I understand items will look different online, but this colour is completely different from what is advertised. A more suitable name would be ‘aubergine’. I’m not returning as it still looks beautiful, it just will not match the hijabs I planned to wear with it.

The black makeba abaya is exquisite. I liked the ruching details and the flowing sleeves. On site, it is modelled with a black belt. When I received the abaya, there was no belt. This also feels misleading. Thankfully I can sew my own, but it is false advertisement. Another issue was a visible, yellowish string poking out of the centre. I can cut it off, but for a £39.99 abaya I would expect the stitching to be better.

Overall the designs are absolutely beautiful, the site was easy to navigate, and any time I have visited the Blackburn store I had an amazing customer service experience. I still highly recommend Zadina Abayas, I would just caution people to visit in store rather than online. In store you can see the stitching details, whether or not there are belts, and the true colours of the abayas.

I am very happy with the colours, the cuts, the quality and the price. I had a small problem with the size of an abaya and it was immediately resolved macha Allah. The salesmen are real professionals who listen to your expectations. May Allah strengthen your business.
