I'm joining the masses of people stating they never recieved an order update that their package shipped. I ordered April 26th 2026. It has been over the "processing" time they say on their website. (10 to 12 days.)
I emailed them through their inquires email, emailed them through their form on their website and used their paypal email as well to contact them.
I opened a case with Paypal on May 9th. They have yet to respond to Paypal either about this. It really shows how they do not communicate with their customers at all. They have until May 20th to respond. At this point I just wanted a refund. The shoes aren't worth it.

Do Not Buy
Abysmal service. Pre-ordered some shoes and a bag. 8 months after ordering and 5 months after the date they were meant to be shipped they have not been. No answer from emails, nobody ever answers the phone, no call back ever. I have been charged but not received my goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
Never received order
I ordered shoes 4 weeks ago and never received the order. They charged my card and did not receive anything! Tried calling. Tried emailing. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Worst experience ever! Received the wrong size shoes and returned them at my expense., but now they’re refusing to respond, send replacement or refund us!
No verification email but shoes came on time
I didn’t get a verification email after I ordered, so I was kind of worried, but I ordered with Apple Pay so I was still able to track my shoes through the link in Wallet instead of the email I didn’t get. I emailed support about it and they told me to check my spam folder, which I had already done (as well as check junk and a bunch of other places and make sure I put in the right email address, which I did). I told them that and they never responded. But my shoes came on time and they’re perfect. They’re the right size and came 3 weeks after I ordered them.

In January I attempted to cancel due to the delay and lack of communication, only to receive notice that the order had already shipped. I am now returning the item and must pay shipping both ways, despite the company’s failure to deliver on time or communicate properly.
Extremely poor customer service. I would not order from this company again.
Wrong size, crappy customer service
They sent me the wrong size (as in 4 sizes too small!), and when I emailed to get this corrected, my exchange request was denied and I was told that *I* ordered the wrong size. Judging by how many other people have received wrong items, this business seems to be running some sort of return scam, since they want to charge nearly $20 to get things sent back. Do not buy from this company!!! I should have listened to these reviews.
Purchased a pair of shoes a week ago
Purchased a pair of shoes a week ago. Never received a receipt and confirmation for my purchase. However, money was taken from my account. I sent multiple emails asking for assistance with no reply. I have had to work with my bank to try and get a refund. Do not purchase from this company.

Like lots of other people said, they simply never shipped my shoes or responded to my emails n phone calls. Joke. Scam. Pursuing a refund. Avoid!
Slow Shipping, Awful Customer Service
Took a month to ship a pair of in-stock boots out of California. Customer service also didn't provide a further update other than saying "we'll get your shoes out asap" (they didn't). Finally got a shipping notification when I threatened to file a chargeback lmao.
Never ships anything or replies
I bought ready in-stock shoes that were from Koi Footwear. Not even YRU, just stock on hand from another brand they carried. Koi is great, love their shoes. YRU not so much considering I never even had my order shipped for over a month. I had to literally bother them on Instagram to even get a reply about my order. Was frequently told one thing, finally received an email back saying another thing. I FINALLY received a refund for an order they never bothered to SHIP almost a month and a half later. Joke of a company. Just buy elsewhere. I read online 24/7 that actual YRU brand shoes fall apart within weeks anyways.
Worst costumer service and shipping time
Wow I wish I read these reviews before... But I thought that this is a reputable company and only heard good reviews from them (of course only via social media). I mean this is big and popular company but with the worst costumer service. I ordered my shoes exactly 2 months ago and still no answer nor an email with updates. This is unbelievable and I can't even get my money back. I will never order from this company again no matter how nice looking shoes they have there are plenty of other companies with good costumer service, accepting returns and good shipping time.
Do not risk it
Do not risk buying anything from this company that you might possibly need to return. It's been almost 2 months since I initiated a return on July 1st. Despite their promised 48 hour customer service response time, it took weeks and multiple follow up emails on my part to receive return authorization. The pair of shoes that I returned was delivered by certified mail to Y.R.U. Returns on August 4th. I also purchased the Free Unlimited Return with my order. Both the shoes and box are in perfect condition. 3 weeks later I've received no response to my repeated request for an update. I also tried texting the customer service text number, which is not being monitored.

Probably should’ve read these reviews before ordering wow. I do not want my order anymore I have sent the company atleast 10 emails and still no response and also haven’t recieved the shoes.YRU if your seeing this answer before legal action is taken
I ordered boots nearly 2 months ago…
I finally received my boots today from yru after waiting nearly 2 months I got a email 2 days ago saying my boots have dispatched with a tracking number they were supposed to arrive Monday but I got them today and I'm really happy with them 😊
No return authorization
I bought a pair of shoes that were too large. Submitted a return request over a week ago, then a follow-up email yesterday. Still haven't heard back. After seeing the reviews here, I don't expect to get a response or my money back. Avoid.

Their customer service department seems to be non-existent. My initial order arrived fine, but I accidentally ordered the shoes in the wrong size - they approved an exchange and gave me the address to send it back to, then completely ghosted me. No matter how many times I emailed them or what I said I got only radio silence in response. They took my money, took the shoes back and won't even answer my goddamn emails. I don't want to call it a COMPLETE scam considering the shoes arrived exactly as described when I ordered them, but everything after makes me feel like I've just been taken for a ride. Very unprofessional and uncaring. Do NOT risk giving your money to these people - if something goes wrong, they'll stick their fingers in their ears, ignore you and leave you with nothing to show for it.

Company sent incorrect item
Company sent incorrect item. Started an exchange. They now have the incorrect item and have not shipped my correct item and it has been over 2 months. No reply from helpdesk. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY. They will steal it and give you nothing.
