Se compra un producto y se contrata el correspondiente seguro. Pasado casi un mes lo recibo, estando el paquete golpeado con la mercancia rota por el golpe, además de tener que pagar el IVA más los gastos de gestión. Acudo a ellos para reclamar el dinero dado que contrate el seguro, le he enviado fotos tanto de la caja como del articulo, y me dicen que no es cosa de ellos y que no se hacen cargo. Total, despues de un mes he perdido 80 euros +25€ de gastos de y gestion y, acambio, tengo una caja golpeada y un producto roto. UNA VERGUENZA

I placed order with yoybuy and the customer service helped me at every step including the waybill which is very great. It was the first time I used a proxy service. Sometimes the system fails to calculate the service fee of your order which can be annoying, because then you need to pay the difference in another transaction. They packed my parcel very well as it was a 6.6KG parcel but nothing got damaged except for a pack of postcards that got dents on its box.

The customer service was really helpful. Very happy with services. Thanks to Yoybuy!

Оплатила товар и доставку,но почему-то пришло сообщение что якобы посылка уже весит в 2 раза больше и опять требует оплатить отправленик, я уже заплатила больше 500$ , верните мои деньги,я хочу отказаться от этого всего!!!

Purchased a servomotor for $65.
First email: "that price is with domestic shipping. Please pay us an additional $333,-"
Okay, hefty shipping costs, but could be. So we paid.
Then we needed to send pictures of our ID's, although it was bought from a company account. "No, we need your personal passport, we need to confirm the order is made by yourself.."
Ok, we provided censored copies.
Next.. "your address is not complete, it misses the province." Yes, Holland is a tiny country, province isn't used here, you have the full addres so please go and send it already.
"No, we need it." "Oh, and when you changed the address, please make another payment (small $10) so it gets updated in our systems".
Sigh, ok, we filled it in and payed another $10,-
We are 2 months into the order now and it is not shipped. We did recieve photo's of our products, AFTER we paid them for that of course.
We requested a status update. "Your item is considered 'dangerous' by China parcel companies, so you have to pay us extra for shipping."
A servomotor, dangerous? "It has electricity in it and magnetism" ..
We provided the manufacturer's instructions for handling the servomotor, which of course is NOT dangerous and should only be package carefully to not bend the purtruding shaft as that would make it unusable.
A dissappointment as it seemed they could provide a service in getting goods from Asia, but we now believe most 5 star experiences here are bots/paid and fake. Stay away and save your money

После того что товара уже не было 4 месяц, я написала заявление на возврат своих денег, деньги мне вернули, пусть и не полностью, сумму страховки и ещё за какие то услуги удержали, после пришёл мой заказ, я получила свой товар на почте, все было в норме, и написала компание чтобы узнать что мне делать дальше, они написали что мне уже ничего не нужно делать, так как они должны были доставить в течении 2 месяцев и по договору был задействован страховой случай.

My experience is good, I had no problems with them, on the contrary, they helped me a lot in making correct shipments, dividing sensitive products from normal products, so that the cost is cheaper, I like the customer service area, they are very people friendly and help you solve all your doubts.

To begin with, I had absolutely no issues with YoyBuy. They were efficient (even if their emails got lost in my inbox. I.e, the emails saying stuff arrived in my warehouse), shipped things out quickly, and quoted prices well.
Then, suddenly, they started to struggle to read numbers ("your ID on the parcel wasn't clear so we couldn't add it to your warehouse"). What? How can you struggle to read numbers? Not to mention that I had to chase it up myself, because I could see on TaoBao/Skymall that my parcels were delivered to the warehouse.
Then, there is this whole kerfuffle of me trying to combine two parcels. CONVENIENTLY, they QUOTED the price by WEIGHT, and then quoted a NEW PRICE because measuring by VOLUME would cost more. So I agreed the new price, topped up my account with the amount they specified, and then they came running back the next morning asking me for literally two cents. I, personally, would be so incredibly embarrassed asking a customer to pay 51 cents, to top up an account for 2 cents. I don't know what has happened to YoyBuy, but I feel like Linda is leading the charge in ruining what used to be such a good service.

Очень дорогая доставка, с вещи берут от 25 до 60 долларов. Хвалебные статьи в интернете вводят в заблуждение. Сервис не оправдывает вложений, дешевле выходит брать с Алиэкспрес или у других посредников.
Если хотите потрепать себе нервишки, то этот сервис для вас...

Estafadoressss hice un pedido de sudaderas, figuras y libro con cartas, y me lo envio todo sin su caja original, me estafaron lo mas importante para mi, no pidais en esta pagina de estafadores sacacuartos.

YoyBuy is a great site for buying chinese good quality products, if you don't understand chinese websites such as TaoBao and you don't have an address there also, you just copy-paste the page of the product that you like and YoyBuy will translate what it says and also set you the shipping from the China warehouse to wherever you want. It's awesome! 10/10

I used them as a forwarding agent to consolidate purchases made in China to ship to America. The order was despatched in March and got returned and reshipped for no reason explained. The package only arrived in America in July but got returned to sender without notification. It's October now and the agent still hasn't received the returned package or offered any resolution. I not only lost the purchase but also the shipping fee.

Responding to the reply, I have been initiating contacts with the CS since March, repeatedly, I was asked to wait.

I use Yoybuy about a year ago and use about 3 or 4 times every month, and always is okay, I have a little issues this month but they help me to solve it.

Mi paquete simplemente no llegó. Ponía "entregado", pero a quién diablos se lo dieron... Una decepción, una estafa, una pérdida de tiempo y dinero.

never using them again. i thought i would try them out to buy a figurine, they sent it in a BUBBLE MAILER. needless to say, box arrived destroyed and ripped and crumpled. it looked like it had been stepped on multiple times honestly. it’s only lucky that the figure had a few scratches and wasn’t broken. tried to talk to customer service and while I know they are just doing their job, extremely unhelpful and kept offering me a “shipping coupon” as if I would ever want to use this proxy again. what genius sends a FIGURE in a bubble mailer? tried to press more but in the end they don’t want to offer any sort of actual refund. I wasn’t even demanding a full refund- just at least shipping back because nowhere did it state it would be sent like that when I paid. Do not use them if you value what you buy and want it to show up in good condition. Worst proxy I’ve ever used and I’ve used tons.
