You Turn Neon 

Not what I ordered; I ordered (and paid extra for) a colour changing sign, however after weeks of waiting, a non-colour changer was delivered. When I contacted the company, I was told that the colour changing option was not possible, even though it is an option and still currently being sold on the site. They said 'Do you like the colour we've sent?' - no resolution offered or any offer of return or even a refund for the upgrade that I haven't got (£70 extra!). I've emailed a further 3 times and the company are not responding to my emails now. I have an item that I do not want. I would not recommend this company and will be reporting them to both trading standards and trying to get the money back from my card company

Same as others ordered a sign weeks ago, wasn't expecting it for Christmas but an update would be nice, it's been nearly 2 weeks since I contacted them and nothing!!

UPDATE: My order finally arrived but it took two and a half months and multiple emails - customer service "Jess" was pleasant but I had every clichéd excuse in the book as to why I still hadn't had my order and finally the late delivery was blamed on the Chinese New Year, they clearly are not based in the UK judging by that!

The sign itself is great, no real complaints on that except the fixing holes leave no wiggle room so make sure you drill in the exact right place!!

Whilst it took a little longer than the initial quoted delivery time, it was well worth the wait for my neon sign. High quality, well made and looks fabulous! Highly recommended!

Ordered a sign the end of October - hasn’t been delivered, no reply to emails, no reply to texts, no updates what so ever. No telephone number to call this company either. Disgraceful customer service and disgraceful company. Do not waste your time or money

I purchased a sign on 1st November and when I submitted the order was given a fulfillment date between 14th-28th November. I have had one email on the 6th to confirm they have my order and nothing since. No communication to say there is a delay or to advise of any issues. I emailed them yesterday and received an automated reply. It is now the 29th November and I have had a significant amount of money taken from my account a month ago with nothing to show for it and a relatives birthday approaching with nothing to gift them. Shameful customer service and company. If I do not hear back from them within the week I will be claiming the money back from my bank as a scam.

Very very bad customer service. They will take weeks to respond to your emails and the sign was shipped a month after the estimated date. The company is actually based out of china. Due to shipping errors amd them not being able to deliver to a post office the product was disposed of and the they offered was a 25$ voucher. Please do not waste your time and money with these people. They take no responsibility as a company

My item was received later than expected but I am very happy with the product. Josh communicated with me the whole time and explained the delays. I was a bit sceptical with some of the reviews but actually a good service and I would be happy to recommend and use again.

After looking through multiple neon light companies, we settled on this for the great website, design service and price. However, I’m still waiting on my product, and they do not respond to emails. I’m starting to be unsure if they are actually a company. I still don’t have my light well after the turnaround period. No one replies to emails or texts. There is no number to call. Given the range of companies on the market, I’d go elsewhere.

Despite the huge amount of choice on the website, as well as the ability to create your own custom sign, I am absolutely delighted with my choice. It fits perfectly in what was previously a fairly plain room, and brings just the brightness and fun that it needed!

I was particularly surprised at how quick and easy it was to mount without any damage to the wall.

The speed of delivery & amazing customer service from Josh and the team made the whole process so easy - would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to order my next one!

I bought a sign from You Turn Neon as a birthday present. The Customer service team were great, they were quick in responding & ensured the delivery would be prioritised to get here in time for the birthday. Couldn’t have asked for a better or more helpful service.

I ordered a sign on the 31st July, it arrived perfect and well packed on the 16th August. I am so pleased with it for our wedding.

Very poor. Never respond to emails, no number to contact them. Save your money , try some one else.

Con artists!!!

So initially I posted on here to say how difficult it was to get hold of the company, but actually they responded to my query within like 2 days. Stella got in touch to reply about my query, which was about the time frame from order to delivery. It stated on the website 2-3 weeks. I didn't read this before ordering and needed it by 6th August (I ordered on 27th). She was nothing but amazing the whole way through. My order was fast tracked at no extra cost which I certainly didn't ask for, but I am so appreciative of it. The order arrived today (4th August) and well under the time frame given. I am absolutely blown away by the quality. I even had a phone call from the founder of the company today, making sure that every was fine and to my satisfaction. Top level service and will move heaven and earth to make the customer happy, even if it did take a couple of days to get hold of initially. Would definitely use again.

Ordered my neon ‘It was all a Dream’ light knowing the light was made and shipped from another country, I was led to believe it was NY, USA when checking out regd. business address for company credibility but the shipping label was in Cantonese, so assume manufacture is in China?
Anyway I got email updates every step of the way regarding manufacture, despatch and delivery estimate and received light within exactly 2 weeks! Extremely well secured and packaged in clear wrap, bubble wrap and rigid box all tightly secured with packing tape, was actually quite a process trying to unwrap the damn thing! Lol! But I couldn’t be more happier! Came with UK plug and adapter and illuminates beautifully. Only hope now is that light lasts as long as possible as it’s so pretty I want it on all the time! Thank you!

I have been trying to buy a sign from them since 10/5/21 no one answers the emails, the text service person just says they are escalating it and and someone will be in tough in 48 hours… I’ve been messaging them for 18 days( text service) and emailing daily since the 15/4. I have no faith that this is a company that’s going to deliver anything. Please be warned in regards to this before you part with any money. If they deliver and actually email or ring me I will update and remove my review.

I bought my first neon light from here and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I’ve seen!! They got the design spot on and were great with replies and feedback! They kept me updated and were very kind! I spoke to josh who was very helpful and a great communicator and also very very kind!! We recently got in touch because our sign stopped working and felt it was an issue with the transformer. At first the contact wasn't great and my husband had no reply however, I attempted to contact yourselves and Stella responded. her level of customer service since contacting me has been outstanding. I am now one happy customer and my sign is all working like new :)

Josh was helpful, attentive and the light arrived in perfect condition. Professional plastic backing and a beautiful bright light, absolutely incredible!
