The boiler works great
The boiler works great, but the van blocked part of my driveway for about 15 minutes while he took away the old one. Bit inconvenient.

Installation was okay. Nothing really stood out. It was done in a reasonable time but they could've explained the smart thermostat a bit better.

Poor Experience
This company was very rude to my wife's Aunt who is in her 80's. Very persistant to an elderly citizen who had no requirement for their service and shouting down the telephone. They only way she was able to get them off the call was giving bank details and they have tried taken money by direct debit.

Excellent servkice
Excellent The engineer arrived at. The agreed time and checked over my boiler and radiators He offered advice re one of my radiators which requires a new thermostat
Apart from that everything was in working order putting my mind at ease

After being contacted by warmbox I have changed my previous review of 1* to 5*.at the time I made the review I was very emotional and upset after speaking first to my Dr who told me I had stage 3 rectal cancer and then warmbox who told me I would be charged £60 for cancelling my fridge freezer and washing machine insurance.
I was contacted by warmbox after this and I am happy to confirm that the £60 has been refunded to me and is in my account.i am very thankful to warmbox for resolving this situation so quickly and saving me any further stress.i don't normally make scathing reviews as I did but I was in a bad state at the time. I apologise to warmbox for any inconvenience and problems I may have caused them and I am happy to recommend this company.

Like other people on here a direct debit magically appear on my elderly fathers account. He has no knowledge of where this came from.
And no it's not related to a different company, it's very much this company.

Honestly
Honestly, these guys are just fab. Super friendly and nothing’s too much trouble. Booking was easy-peasy, engineer showed up on time and tidied up after. Even gave me advice for better heating efficiency. Love that!

I got a quote but haven’t gone ahead yet. Service was polite and they emailed it quickly. Just wish they’d followed up with a call, I had a few questions but didn’t get round to chasing. I guess they're not chasing me either which is good but I want to be chased.

The company is very easy to communicate with. It’s easy to contact by phone and in my experience everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful.
When I needed help with a boiler breakdown they were quick to find me a heating engineer.

Complaints department unreachable after potential scam / mis-selling / fraud enquiry
After seeing unrecognised debits from my father's account, I queried them with the complaints department listed on their website (their website/complaints-procedure/) but the email to the given address was returned as undeliverable. This leaves me with even less faith that any sale made to my father (who has dementia) was legitimate.
UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY BY WARMBOX:
The reply below is partial and potentially misleading. The "separate company" is Smaterbox Ltd, whose owner and director is the same as Warmbox Ltd's director. This can be verified online via Companies House. The Direct Debits also are taken by Warmbox Ltd.
So it is not a separate company or case of mistaken identity. These two companies are related. Indeed, in Warmbox's email reply they refer to them as a "sister company".
