Great price compared to others. Could book a specific day, easily done on their website. Delivery driver was very helpful and chatty. Great first time experience. Will use again when I need some.

Very easy to book a delivery online. Great driver who respected our property and gave advise on our oil tank to keep it in tip top condition. The only downside was payment wasn't taken straight away.

Hello, thank you for your custom and feedback, we are pleased that you are happy with our service. I have checked your account and can see your mobile number was in the incorrect field, which didn't generate a text message day day prior. I have now changed this so you should be notified for any future orders.
Kind regards,

Good service and oil delivered as expected
Apart from their cost per litre being the lowest available at the time, the oil delivery went as expected. I was hoping that the delivery would take place a little later than first thing in the morning - before I had got up.. and by the time I was up the oil had been delivered to my tank and he was gone. I really wanted to know just how much oil was in my tank? so I only know for sure that I have at least 500 litres, but as I may not be able to afford more this winter - if prices keep increasing.. knowing exactly what is in the tank including what was left before the refill, would help me work out how long the current contents will last.
