Great price compared to others. Could book a specific day, easily done on their website. Delivery driver was very helpful and chatty. Great first time experience. Will use again when I need some.

Very easy to book a delivery online. Great driver who respected our property and gave advise on our oil tank to keep it in tip top condition. The only downside was payment wasn't taken straight away.

Hello, we are really happy that you had an overall positive experience with Your NRG. Thank you for your five-star review!
The difficulty I always seem to have is…
The difficulty I always seem to have is getting an accurate time of delivery. I need access through a locked garage door. On this delivery I had to get to a hospital appointment by a certain time and was worried that the company did not fully understand the importance of the timing. However, the driver was excellent, fully understood my needs and got me refuelled in time to get to my appointment. Hence 5 stars.
Normally I can be in at any time to receive oil and the timing is not critical. It would be nice if you could help out people like myself by, when urgent, making sure delivery time would be accurate and fit in the timescale available. Because you have been extremely efficient in 99% of your dealings with me and competitively priced im happy with your service.

Cheaper than goff
I had been a long loyal customer of goff for year's but their prices were a lot higher than others said they are paying, so i tried this company, they beat goffs price saving me £30 on 500 litres.
I gave goff the chance to beat or match it but they refused even though i had used them for 30 years,

Dishonest supplier . Provided inaccurate paperwork .
Very poor communication with customer , cancelled delivery without notification I had to chase them for two days before I got a response to say the deliver wagon had broken down .
Even when I did speak to them it was like I was at fault . Then I had a discrepancy on delivered volumes and times . Anyway I informed that I won’t use again . I’m sure they are glad
RESPONSE !!!!
There was a three day delay in delivering from the determined date . I initiated calls to obtain information regarding the missed delivery window and lack of update .
You have chosen to cover this up by a false reply that’s on you . You had your chance and messed up .
Ps I have on three occasions asked to be removed from you mailing list but still get spam from you . Please ensure I’m removed immediately .

Thank you for your feedback. I can see that there was 1 day delay in your delivery, we can only apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. Upon checking your account I can see that we had communicated in a timely manner, including any communication regarding your query on volume of fuel delivered. I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience on this occasion.
