Very easy to book a delivery online. Great driver who respected our property and gave advise on our oil tank to keep it in tip top condition. The only downside was payment wasn't taken straight away.

Fast delivery, but no care for my tank...
Instead of knocking on my door to ask me to unlock the oil tank, they just smashed the lid off the tank! I should have unlocked it, but surely it would have been easier to just knock on my door and ask me to unlock it rather than break the lid?!

Dont care about customers …
Notified me 8 hours before they told us they where not delivering oil, no explanation and no idea when they would deliver.
Several emails and phone calls with no one getting back to us, we then ran out of oil and 5 days later still no one contacted us.... WIX oil fantastic cam to the rescue. Brilliant.

Competitive Pricing

Very poor delivery experience
We have bought oil from NRG for some time and had deliveries by pleasant, professional drivers on a standard tanker with no difficulty. On this most recent delivery, we were telephoned by the driver (a new one) who asked if he could turn his wagon after delivery. He was given clear instructions of how to do this and told that no other driver from NRG or any other company had had a problem. He chose to ignore the advice, started to back down the drive, gave up and left the premises. When telephoned to ask what was happening, he said we needed a small tanker and was very rude and argumentative. He refused to give his name. I reported all this to NRG and they sent a small tanker the next day. This was all very upsetting and totally unnecessary and makes us wonder about ordering again from NRG.

FAILED TO DELIVER WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD
When I ordered oil from NRG they quoted 10 days delivery, which was fine as I had plenty of oil in the tank. They also said I would receive an email the day before delivery. I received no email on the day before their quoted delivery date so I phone to check with them that they would be supplying oil on the date they said, which was a Friday. No they would not, came their reply, they would be delivering on the following Monday. So after a 10 day wait NRG could not organise themselves to deliver when they said they would. After I complained in the strongest terms, they said they would deliver on the Saturday, which they did.
