Terrible company! Careless, not looking after your property at all! Cleaning quality is is questionable, even charging people £150 for an accommodation. You beardly get any more than 30% as a landlord, after all of there charges. Even tenets pay £500 deposit for any damages, they never reimbursed you as no one answer your your question and bother to pick up the phone or answer your e-mails.

Terrible company!! I ordered clothing from this company which was meant to of been delivered by the 28th of December 2023 and it's now the 23rd January 2024 and still no delivery. Have notified customer services 3 times and all they say is they are with logistics. There is no proper tracking and it won't let me view my orders either. They are now under investigation with my bank so I will get my money back but I would of preferred to have received my goods. Never order from this company.

Sent dress 2 sizes to small. Said they’d send the correct size. I asked to return the dress. They said no sell it on but that won’t work as we all know it’s not that simple. I asked if they would be sending the correct sized dress Then wanted paying for replacement. Do not order from these people.

This is the most horrendous , horrific service , service that I have ever been provided .
Their site states hundred percent satisfaction guranteed and the best refunds policy . As a uk site you would think that your consumer rights apply .However the dress arrived , in a small palstic bag. It was totally creased , it is of very poor quality , It has not been made to the required measurements and therefore does not fit .I contacted them immediately for a refund and I was told to keep the dress or sell it . Several emails llater and a lot of time spent and yet they still refuse a refund .They say the dress has come from China , will cost a lot to return and no guarantee of it getting there . This an appalling company and trading standards should not let them trade on a uk site . Whatever else happens DO NOT EVER ORDER ROM THIS COMPANY EVER AND PLEASE ADD AWFUL REVIEWS BASED ON THIS ONE.This company should be banned from trading all together

I cannot urge people strongly enough not to go anywhere near this Company they are dispicable to say the very least.I purchased a Dress and Jacket as well as a Long Dress so that I could decide which was nicest for an important Wedding I was invited to they looked lovely in the photos, I paid the £19.99 delivery fee on both the total came to over £300, when they arrived they were crammed into a small plastic bag and were creased beyond words there were nothing like the photos, very poor quality material, sleeves and jacket unlined, stitching all over the place just horrible there were no invoices or any documents inside, when I saw them my heart sank I would not have even worn them to a fancy dress party, I emailed the Company which turns out to be in CHINA yet they trade under a UK email address, I had no idea it was China. Ince I asked to return the dresses and have my money refunded that’s when my battle started and they showed their true colours, I was told to iron the dresses, sell them, alter them etc I said I just wanted to return them and have my money refunded, they said I was cruel to ask for my money back and bleated on about their difficult situation and how much it costs them to make the dresses, I stood my ground and eventually they said to return them and once they received them I would get my refund, I lost count of how many emails i sent asking for the return address which was eventually provided …… CHINA !!! I took the parcels to the Post Office only to be told International Postage to China was suspended, so I had to get a Courier which I did at a further cost of £106 when one of the parcel arrived at the address they had given me I got an Email from the Couriers saying they had told them they didn’t want the parcel and to dispose of them, The second parcel was sent at a different time, I got a further email from the Couriers saying the parcel was held at Customs as there was an issue with the address, I emailed the Company about this and all I got back was stupid replies like “ please give tracking numbers” which I had already sent to them along with photos of everything by way of proof the parcels were sent, time is now going on and I am still not getting my refund, after numerous emails about this and getting only stupid 2 line replies not even relevant to what i’d said,very long story short, I gave them a final date to refund my money or I would take Legal Action against them, nothing fazes them it made not a jot of difference, the date came and went with no refund they simply stopped answering my emails, to make matters even worse I received an email from the Couriers today to tell me since they were unable to deliver to the recipient the parcels would be processed and returned to me and I am liable for all return delivery charges …… please don’t ignore this, if you do you will lose your money for sure if whatever you purchase is unsuitable for ANY reason even if it doesn’t fit they will NOT refund your money, do not return anything either if they give you an address as it seems that is a fake return address too which is why my parcels were not able to be delivered there by the Couriers …… this Company has no morals whatsoever, you lose any money you give them I guarantee you that much. I am now over £400 out of pocket and have been stressed out of my mine by it all…… This is MY review and it’s 100% true …… I would have given 0 stars but giving one is the only way to be able to write a review.

I picked a beautiful dress, paid the £15 for the specific measurements and the bridesmaid and I were so excited to receiving the dress.

I got the dress delivered and couldn't wait to look at it. OMG, who made this, it looked like it had been put together by a person with their eye closed. Everything was wrong about it, it didn't look anything like the pictures, the measurements were all wrong, the cut of the tulle were obviously cut with jagged scissors.

I sent numerous emails and after 6 days I called my bank and they are looking into getting my money back. I finally heard back from Yourdress and I asked for the return address and I want a full refund.

I sent pictures of myself wearing the dress and could not believe it when they emailed saying the dress looked lovely and would I keep it.

There were a few emails sent back and forth and I stressed greatly that I would not ask my worst enemy to wear it. Their response then changed angle, their reply was:-

Dear customer:
I can understand that your situation.

But we also have spent much on making these dresses and we haven't made them wrong.

It will be cruel and unfair for us to bear the whole loss and refund you much money.

The material has cost us over 70%, and we still need to pay for the labor.

Please also take our hard situation into account.

I have replied politely through gritted teeth and told them not to contact me unless they will refund me 100% cost of the dress. I am still waiting for their reply.

I am gutted I didn't look on here first, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't buy anything from them. I am so happy that I finally found a dress from Boohoo and was half the price of the original dress, I just want my money back and put this all behind me.

Worst company , poor quality and terrible customer service. Basically a scam. I bought a dress, read the returns policy first that changed very quickly, I messaged 2 days after receiving the dress for a return the dress and they said they would give me a good discount on my next purchase and return 10% of the money! Absolute rip off and horrible company go under TMdress
Please don’t purchase as I don’t want anyone having the same stressful experience I had with this company. They also blocked me on social media after I started hounding them for a refund.

Warning warning do not purchase any wedding dress from this company as I ordered a wedding dress for my wife it was supposed to be white it was more like a bluey white the wrong size even though she ordered from the measurement chart it was the wrong size I return the item using the return label which came with the package now they are telling me to get the item back from where I sent it which I cannot they just don’t want to pay the money back So I strongly advise you do not order any item from this company I put one star on my Feedback because there was no way I could but -10 if you buy an item from this company you will not get your money back if you are not happy with the item so please don’t fall in the trap I did don’t buy any item from this company

Thank you so much for my dress it looks amazing and fits really well. The sizing was very good. I am normally really scared to order online as a plus size girl but this company were amazing. They communicate really fast and do what they can to help. I was worried about the sleeves not fitting my chubby arms but it fits lovely. Please ignore the negative comments they ate really good and will make your dream dress for you in no time. You won't be disappointed!!!

Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding it came 5 weeks later and nothing at all like the dress that was advertised everything about it is shocking material how it has been made best way to describe it is like a pink silk material nightie and top with a bit of lace sewn on like others I have sent numerous Emails asking for a return address they can not give you won’t give it to you they offered me 8% of the price of the dress that would be about £10 please don’t order from them I wish I had read the reviews before I brought the dress

Awful arrives late and paid extra for express delivery still arrived late did get reply from email I sent telling me to be patient and to find out it’s not UK based but China terrible waste of money horrible customer service

On 2 March 2022 I ordered a dress for a wedding , . I really liked the model from yourdress.co.uk . I paid £143 and waited a long time, 5 weeks, until the dress arrived. I was very disappointed, the dress was stuffed in a small bag, very creased and I immediately wondered if it could be ironed. The dress had a very unpleasant smell. The dress is very badly sewn, the top of the dress consists of three layers of quite thick lining , badly sewn bra cups and a top fabric that was very draped. I began to wonder how I could wear this dress to a wedding in the summer. The dress has sewing errors, the lining is loose and turns out in the front at the neckline. A beautiful dress model very badly sewn. And it is heavy, weighs almost a kilo. I tried to contact yourdress, but I was not able to return the dress or get my money back. They offered me a refund of 8% of the purchase price, then 10%, then 20%. Of course, I did not accept. I reported the matter to my bank. I would absolutely not recommend this company. They steal dress designs and show them in pictures and sew them very badly and use vile, cheap materials. Do not buy from this company.

Oh how I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money. I ordered several items and they look nothing like the photos on Instagram. I've spent nearly £150 and not 1 item is wearable. Summer dresses made out of hot sticky material.
Now I can't see anyway of returning . I have been ripped off

Two months later and no dress, no refund, nothing. They did finally respond to my numerous emails promising a new mother of the Bride dress. Of course, it was just fobbing me off. The wedding has been and gone. I had to get a new dress. I have accepted that I'll not get my money back or a dress! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay clear and have absolutely nothing to do with them. They don't deserve even one star.

I ordered the pink spotted dress with long cardy . Arrived after a few weeks. Very poor quality material, more like a nightdress, no hem just overlocked. I’ve brought better in Primark at half the price. After reading comments on here about no reply from emails etc, I won’t bother now as they are scammers. Would not recommend this company. I’ve just got to put it down to experience and write £30 off. NEVER AGAIN.

I can’t even give this service one star but could not leave a review unless I did! I wish I had read other reviews before my mum ordered her dress for her granddaughter’s wedding - wasting over £120 for a dress that arrived in a poor state with a mark on it, no labels and no ability to return for a refund. I have been in contact with the company but have not been able to progress a refund. They are absolute crooks
