If I could give a ZERO I would . Never received any of my order!

Never received order but they said it showed delivered. I have a camera and live in a gated community and no such delivery. This is a SCAM company and my emails went unanswered and just referred me to a bogus tracking number showing delivered. Received no refund and credit card couldn't dispute as it is an overseas business that accepted the money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY- FRAUD COMPANY.

Wish I had read the reviews beforehand! Silly me. Parcel never received, twice. Refund was minimal. Scam!!!

Definitely a scam! My experience is basically the same as some of these reviews. 5 months and 52 emails later, and all I've gotten for a refund is around 10 bucks. Not even close to what I spent. At first, they tried to say it was delivered but I have cameras showing nothing was delivered from them. Wish I could give negative stars on this review. Do not buy fron these scammers!!!

Scam! Waited months for my order. Never came, they apparently sent it again. It never came. Both times the company said the items were delivered despite the fact I have a ring doorbell. After a back and forth they said they could only give me 90% refund as it’s the couriers fault. Stay away, especially if they pop up on insta!

Absolutely a scam didn't deliver twice and won't give me my money back just bogus email after email. I would give them a 0 if I could totally would never order again or let anyone I know order from these people and to prove my point we are on email 54 and they cut and paste the same information but change the name of the person responding.

I placed my order in April for an outfit that I could wear for the summer. According to the site delivery was within 10 days. At least 15 days later I received an email notification that my package has been shipped, then approximately another 10 days goes by with a notification that my package has reached the shipping facility, days later I received notification that my package had been delivered, however I did not receive my package. I reached out to the company and they stated that they would reship my package and make sure that someone would have to sign for it. I agreed to that and asked to be shipped to my work. I got notification that my package had been shipped and the same process happened again. And the shipping address was still the same. It was not changed to my work as requested. Now they are telling me that they will refund my 80% that they are loosing money themselves. I think the whole thing is a scam! I will always read reviews first from now on.

It started in march. I made an order to dress gear after saw ad on Instagram. First order they sent tracking for up to USA. Then after that nothing 30 some days waited for order contacted them. So then they said they sent 2nd order and same thing tracking up to USA then nothing contacted them again. They told me to check with neighbors. I have never had an issue with deliveries to my home and should I have not gotten a new tracking number after it came to USA. I always down with others like shein and temu. So then I started requesting refund they told they would give back 80% of my order and had nerve to complain they were losing money. They sent me $17 that was not 80% so as of today I am still waiting for full refund. Do not buy anything from this company they don't even try and find your packages. I know I contacted shipping company and they said the seller had to put in a request.

One of the worst places I've ever dealt with I spent. I don't know, $41 on some dresses. On May 10 for a vacation I was taking in June. I know $41 is not much money, but it's the point of it now.I have yet to get a refund or my product. They tell me they've sent it twice. And I received it which I have not. Then today I get a refund of $8. In some sense why I'm not sure I even expedited. Which cost extra then they want to give me a partial credit. I told them no, so then I haven't heard nothing from them. Until today i recieved a $8 refund today for a $41 purchase plus another. Don't remember like 10 or15 bucks to expedite it.
And they won't even look into where my stuff went. Second time they said they were going to have me Sign for it. Who signed for it? I don't know because they won't look into it. There's no way to look it up. They suck

Ordered 13th April. Spent £50. Never received anything. No response to emails. Absolute scammers. Disgusting

Never receive my order and a bunch of lies ,I have a ring camera and have always receive my products for all other companys

I would of have a big 0 if that was part of the rating this place is a joke I ordered 37 dollars worth of product about 4 months ago and I never received any of it and they said it was shipped and delivered but it wasn’t said they would send out another package and I never received it either. I hope karma bites them right in the ASS

I order couple clothes, for about 40$ with all the discount and stuff. Paid fully with my credit card.
Received an email package got sent.
Everything looks legit at first, but the carrier website was weird. No adresses, no towns, no details, just countries written.
When it showed up as delivered, well nothing got delivered, there was 5 people at home and no on saw a carrier coming and a package getting delivered.
Contacted the customer service, weird again. No legal information in the signature, no address, no phome number.
And after that, the conversation i am having with the ladies of the CS feels wrong. Lots of bla bla, but never any details, and offering some 50% refund because of bla bla bla, and it kept going with excuses back and forth without getting any real informations.
Finally settled for a 100% refund, that they called a Chargeback, but with so many clauses looks like they try to frighten you. i don't think i will ever see my money back... Contacted my credit card holder.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, I HAVE BEEN EMAILING THEM BACK AND FORTH FOR 3 MONTHS, SUPPOSEDLY RESENT MY ITEMS THAT WERE NEVER RECEIVED TO BEGIN WITH, RECEIVED A NEW TRACKING NUMBER WHICH STATES IT WAS DELIVERED AGAIN. NO PACKAGE. UNFORTUNATELY IT WILL TAKE MY BANK TIME TO GET THE MONEY BACK FROM THEM BUT BECAUSE OF WHO I BANK WITH I ALREADY RECEIVED MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT NOT SURE IF THE BANK HAS THOUGH.

This website is a scam. I ordered from them over 6 months ago and have not received anything. The first time it was supposed to have been delivered it was never delivered here so I emailed them told them what the problem was and they said they resent my items what the tracking number just like before so I tracked it and it says delivered again and I never received it. They told me they were going to give me a 60% refund but I have not received that either. This is why I do not order from an ad on Facebook. This is twice this has happened to me. But I should have known because the prices were so low. Good thing I didn't order a lot

Made a purchase back in March for my overseas trip in May. I never received my order or a refund. Numerous emails but no order and refund. Why pay for insurance on orders if you can't refund. Lesson learned to NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Never received my stuff said it was delivered never was. Asked for money back didn’t get that so told them I’m going to talk to my lawyer nothing but a scam place not even a business and very disappointed

After waiting 31 days for delivery, my items were apparently delivered, not to my house they weren’t & not to anyone around me. Various emails have gotten me a 50% refund that will take 21 days to be refunded. Felt so let down, they were happy enough to take my money, shame I never received my items I had paid for.
