Not for large scale prints

There were multiple problems with my A2 print, arrived late, then in insufficient packaging so bent, they resend it, it was too small and there was a mark on it. They did refund me, but I feel for a large art print I will go elsewhere.

I used YLP to print a tribute book for a family member. Great service by YLP, especially being able to order smaller quantities.

A fabulous company! Couldn't recommend enough. A special thankb you to Neil for all his help with my special hardcover book. Communication was fantastic - he really went out of his way to help me with my product. Brilliant! Will be recommending to friends and family.

I priced up options with different suppliers for personalised books and YLP came up the best value, which made me a little suspicious of overall quality.

However their reassurance that all artwork is checked over and their advice given on their recommended paper type and GSM to suit my requirements resulted in a brilliant end product.

Neil and Ed were great to deal with and the delivery came just in time for my classes where I was handing the books out.

The customer service from Neil was next level. He was understanding, compassionate and decisive, getting my dads funeral order of service printed super quick. He also advised on the type of paper to get the best quality product and the leaflet looks lovely. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company for your printing needs. I contacted YLP recently to help me with a diary creation. They were extremely helpful and their suggestions enabled me to make sensible decisions with the cover design. I would recommend YLP to anyone.

I have placed a number of orders with youloveprint and the help i have had to check files are correct and the print will come out as i want and expect is second to none. I can't fault the print quaility and the book production service. However every single order i have placed I have had to chase as none of them have been shipped on date which was stated when placing the order resulting in every order arriving many days later than expected. I have even tried to use the express service and that seems to make no difference as I was told it has not been applied and my order was being processed as standard order. Not having ordered processed in the expected time causes me many issues with planning work.
Everytime i chase the order i am told we are seasonally unsusally busy, if thats the case then put longer times for dispatch on the website so can know when to expect work. I am considering needing to find another printers who can deliver work in the time they specifiy.

This was our first time in printing a book. We made a family cookbook with each of us contributing a recipe. The result is a really classy paperback book which is lovely to hold. We used YLP because the price for our run of 25 was very very reasonable. The quality of their customer service, price and product are excellent. Thank you very much Neil and Ed and all involved.

I ordered a hard cover print of a book I created. There were issues with the design I submitted but Neil from YLP provided great aftersales support to guide me how to fix my cover. I was going backwards and forwards with questions but the end result was great. I received the printed book and the quality was excellent. I will definitely recommend YLP.

My contact was Neil and he was extremely patient and kind with my mistakes in the pdf (they e-mail proofs after the order has been placed - I needed three or four new uploads to get it right and he was very kind about it). I have ordered from them before and the quality is very good, the delivery is quick and reliable, and the price is the BEST.

I use YLP to print children's music books in runs of 50-100. These guys are legends and can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent products, excellent communication, top job every time. Thank you Ed, Neil and co.!

This is my first time sending artwork off to print and Neil at You Love Print has been so patient with me. He’s checked my work, suggested edits and when I haven’t been able to do the changes myself (because I’m a wally), he’s made the edits for me which he really didn’t have to do. Customer service above and beyond!!
Excited to get my prints now.

I was late to order 200 booklets (ordered on Saturday but needed them for Thursday), and I kept calling daily to see if there's an update and if I can pay extra to get them prioritised in production.

The guys didn't want to accept money to prioritise it (so as to not detriment their other clients (fair enough)), but said they'll try their best to get it to me by Friday.

They arrived Thursday morning.

Absolutely greatful for the team and their efforts, really polite and helpful, and saved the day. 10/10.

Booklets themselves are super premium quality, well printed, colours pop. 20/10.

Used this company to print my wedding invitations which I designed.
Ordering and proofing service is great. I made a small error and was contacted by customer service almost immediately asking if they wanted me to have them resize the design to match the size I had intended. Also called up once prior and call was answered quickly and question answered efficiently.
Only tiny point of feedback is I would have preferred design files supplied and a tiny bit more info on how to export out of Photoshop. However this did not impact my experience at all and there were zero issues with the print quality and the product I received.
Will definitely use these in the future.

Quality was excellent but what impressed me more was that I had in error ordered a print (a journal) in one volume which would have made it way too big (just like how the parcel looked when it arrived)....I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the parcel that they had the good sense to break it down to five smaller volumes.

My first ever printed art prints and I was worrying the quality won’t be the best, but they have arrived earlier with next day delivery and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the prints!

Ed was super helpful over emails to ensure everything is printed off the right away.

As well as when I told him about shipment and worries of it not arriving on time in case they won’t be satisfactory, he has shipped it few days earlier.

I recommend their service and will be using them in the future !

Our experience with YouLovePrint left much to be desired, as they failed to respond to our request for a sample pack, unlike other printing companies.
While exploring options for a long-term printing partner, we reached out to various companies for sample packs. Unfortunately, YouLovePrint did not respond to our request at all, leaving us uncertain about their services and quality. This lack of responsiveness and attention to our needs fell short of our expectations.

Other companies like Instantprint were quick to provide the samples and assist us in our decision-making process. The lack of communication and follow-up from YouLovePrint left us feeling disregarded and undervalued as potential customers.

I wanted to print some copies of my book and decided to choose youloveprint, may i say i was completely satisfied with the service i received by Ed, he's an exceptional help with my first time doing this, i was a little bit of a challenge since my pdf files were confusing me (!) but Ed stuck through with great patience and politeness. Use youloveprint if you're in ever need to print your books! 10000/10
