I’m not easily fooled and the website looks very legit. Same as all the others on here I was immediately on the alert when I received no confirmation email. Emailed and rang the following morning, no response. My account was showing payment pending. Rang bank to cancel the payment but incredibly they can’t until they’ve actually taken the payment!! I don’t understand why! All they would say is that’s how it works as no fraud occurred until money is taken (yet you can cancel a cheque!)
I now have to wait for the fraud to occur and then contact the bank to dispute the payment! Anyone else think this is a crazy back to front system????

Scam website - placed an order, money taken. Realised after no official confirmation order that something was fishy so found trust pilot saying it was a scam site. Reported it straight away to my bank which they then started an investigation - finally have my money back. Luckily a happy ending here!!!! But yes AVOID.

Please can everyone avoid this website. Absolute scam.

Bought furniture as website looks legit, there’s reviews and a blog and multiple payment options etc. After several hours of no confirmation I emailed from their website and Andy responded at 21:15 on a Sunday. Further research then bought up the TP reviews, and have now realised all of their photos are copied from the genuine website, you can’t actually access their reviews on their site. They’re based in West Ireland, but the payments go to an account in France with a jumble of letters for the company name. I have again emailed twice asking for confirmation and an order number, and then for a refund with no response. AVOID!

AVOID - Scam website. Order Placed 21 June, not delivered and all communication ignored. Had to initiate charge back with bank.

Same as everyone else. Was scammed. Furniture never arrived. Customer service emails unanswered. Phone just rings and goes to voicemail. Different name showed up on my bank statement. Had to get money back through my bank. Unbelievable their website is still active.

To confirm what others are saying - this website is for sure a scam. I bought a bed, but got no confirmation. They just have a mobile number for support which they dont answer, and the registered address is a random house in Northern Island. I paid via amazon pay and it looks like its going to take minimum 2 weeks to contest the payment. Nightmare!

Update: Amazon have blocked the payment for me straight away, thank god for them.

Please please please don’t order from this site! We found items we were looking at on Laura James. Order them and found it strange how no conformation email was received. We have since completed checks and found the site is fake.
Absolute scumbags! Please avoid at all costs!

SCAM. No other description needed. Do not purchase anything off this website. Shame on Klarna and PayPal for linking with it without doing their due diligence.

I initally received a personal acknowledgement which makes it sound legitimate.

However, nothing arrived and when I called the number on the website it just rings out. My money went to an account in Strasbourg. Trying to get my money back via the bank.

Scammed…. And I’m really annoyed about it!! Really wish I’d have checked the reviews first before placing an order. I ‘only’ spent £128 but it’s enough especially when there’s absolutely nothing to show for it. I can’t get my bank involved until 15 days after the purchase but hoping I can recoup the money.
Like others I have emailed, text and rang all to no avail. It’s rotten that people do this, I hope they get their comeuppance.

There are no stars low enough and stupidly I did not read any reviews before I placed an order. No contact, no replies and no item! Hopefully I can recover with my bank. DO NOT USE

NOT genuine and a scam. I have learnt to research independent sites fully before purchasing from a new unknown website in the future, but a stressful time to have to go through with this event. Money has been returned with my bank but it’s disgusting how some low life make their money. My money also went to France as another person has mentioned .

This " company" is a scam, the website is a scam,
The address in Northern Ireland is an empty lot.
Having ordered furniture my money went to an account in France.
I got in touch via what's app & was told Stripe had placed a temporary restriction on their account & a full refund would be given but now to worry my money was safe. It wasn't.
When that didn't happen I was told to contact my bank for a refund! This appears to be their normal practice.
My bank has informed the fraud team.
Please don't use them, they are low life scammers.

FRAUD SITE. Takes payment, no shipping address asked for, then claims there is an issue with their bank payment system and they cannot issue a refund.

I was looking at various items on Laura James and somehow this website popped with the same item i had shortlisted, but slightly cheaper.
I stupidly bought it and immediately regretted.
I come over here to read the reviews and realised I’d sadly fallen for a scam.
I’ve raised the issue with my card provider and hope to cancel the transaction asap.
