Very informative - so much helpful advice for a new digital designer

I don't usually leave reviews, but give credit when it's due!
I attended one of Michael Ruocco's classes and was overwhelmed by the amount of knowledge and inspiration that can be shared in such a short period of time (2 hours). He explains everything in layman's terms, no gimmicks or bulls***t. To the point and everything sinks in. Extremely glad I attended. Gives me a renewed confidence when listening to an expert overview. Looking forward to attend my next workshop/talk/class.

Well done, and keep up your invaluable knowledge you pass onto others in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

I have found the workshop very engaging, informative and fun. It was a great way to learn from engaging with other learners, which ofered a variety of perspectives and a good opportunity to network.
The content itself was very clear and straight forward. It was my first ever UX workshop that I have attended and I found it very useful and easy to understand.

Fantastic, engaging, thought provoking and definitely worth the time. I attended a UX workshop last night as a relative novice and left after just 2 hours with a grounding in how to approach UX. A hands on, fun way to get an overview of what, why & how. Maybe this old dog just learned a new trick?

Going to Michaels workshop the other week has opened up my eyes and enabled me to let go of my fears. I've been so worried for such a long time that I am not good enough, that you need a degree or GA course etc and hearing from someone who's been in the industry for quite a while was just what I needed. He answered all of my questions, sometimes I did interrupt but that was the beauty of it. The class? workshop? it felt like a tight nit of friends who are eager to learn and I felt at ease. Honestly I am so grateful for this :) Thank you!

Went in a newbie.

Came out a newbie...but with clear direction on the practical elements to start developing relevant skills and building a portfolio.

Michael gave great, clear and concise advice, could not recommend enough!

The enthusiasm these guys have for the subject really is second to none. They are so keen to teach and also to help.

If you want an introduction to UI and UX then I can't rate youandi highly enough. Go, just go!

It’s like finally opening wide your eyes and watching everything clearly fall into place, things will start making so much more sense after just one hour!!

Michael will give you the perfect insight on how to step into the world of UI Design! He will be honest, helpful and concise!

I can say those 2hrs have been the best spent time of my entire “learning” career. Seriously, you should try it out.

Michael is incredibly knowlegdable about UX and UI as you'd expect from someone with his vast experience. However, what really stands out is his ability to communicate ideas, educate and motivate students and fellow designers alike.

I have been self learning UX/UI for a while now but knew about Michael through LinkedIn and wanted to see what he could add to my learning. I wasn't disappointed. In the 2 hours he managed to get across a vast amount of digestible information as well as some great technques and tasks for me to complete. I left feeling motivated and inspired to change my career and it hasnt dampened since. Thank you.

Michael knows his stuff - very direct to the point and he doesn't mess about! The delivery in his two hour UI/UX course is just the right amount of information to digest but also keeps you hungry to find out more. By the end of the session not only you will have a better understanding but you will be empowered by his words.

Michael's enthusiasm and wanting to help was truly inspiring. I felt he genuinely wanted to pass on his knowledge which in turn was easily digestible and skills I could practically utilise.
