I was always kept updated on the process of the shipping and the different areas of where it was being transported and the design was just as shown and amazing and easy use

It is as good as the reviews said, the quality is great. Designs were not rushed. Might order again, and I have referred this to my friends already.

I absolutely love my new phone case! It’s gorgeous and very high quality, but it took 2 week to arrive even with fast shipment that I paid for, that’s why I only give them 4 stars

Fantastic company! I ordered 3 phone cases, 2 to work that came in fine, but 1 to my personal apartment that was misplaced by the shipping company. After reaching out about not receiving the one to my apartment, they sent a replacement QUICKLY which I received with great communication on their end! Thank you Yonko Empire!

I absolutely love my toji case , I could stare at it all day

This is a long experience so bear with me. I placed and order of this case for a friend.
The company is based in China so it takes about 1-2 weeks for the case to reach the United States. When the case reached the United States, a company called PiggyShip handled the shipping. They reached out to me asking for a gate code, I told them there is no code for the gate, the PiggyShip driver responded by saying the door won’t open. I informed him that there are no gates and he can drive in to the main office because the mail room is next to the main office and drop the package on the floor, no gates or codes to drive to the mail room/ main office. The driver decided to reschedule the delivery instead.

A week passes, nothing happens. I reach out to the Yonko Empire support, and the support told me that I needed to call PiggyShip before the package get sent back to us. I called the number the support gave me, and the number was incorrect. I call them after getting the updated number and after waiting in line for 15 minutes the voicemail said they are too busy to accept the call. I call again and wait, and they pick up. They are not native English speakers, so it’s very hard to understand them and for them to understand you. I explained my situation, she didn’t understand what I was talking about, but she said I’m sorry I will reschedule for deliver and to check the website after two days, nothing happened after two days. I call the shipping company and they told me that it seems like they lost the package and that they have to check with the facility to see if can find it, and that they will call me back. They never called back.

I reached out to the Yonko Empire support and told them what happened, they requested proof that the shipping company told me that the package was lost. I told the support that I have no proof because it was a phone call. The support said confirm your address so we can send you a new case. I waited a day and decided that I wanted a refund. I responded to the email asking for a refund but heard nothing back. Suddenly I started getting updates every other day that the package is out for delivery and that the delivery failed EVERY TIME. Fast forward to August 19th 2024, I receive a text saying “Hello, I put your express in the mail room. Please remember to pick it up when you come back. Thank you.” A photo was sent as well, I asked “Who is this?”, I received no response. I sent the photo to my friend and told him to check the mail room. My friend responded to me saying, that’s not my mail room. So I sent back a message to the number saying “That’s not the right mail room by the way.” The number responds with “Your express has been delivered several times. I can't get into the door of the unit. I have no choice but to put it there. Sorry. If I can't deliver it today, the package will be sent back. I have no choice. That will also cause you trouble.” So I respond by saying “I don’t know how delivering it to the wrong address is the only choice.”

I still haven’t heard anything from the Yonko Empire support. I am sending them an email again. But the fact that this has taken over a month and I have had to spend so much time for a $22.79 case which I still HAVE NOT received by the way, because the driver thought that he had no choice but to deliver it to the wrong address. So I am out $22.79, no case and no support. I do NOT recommend this company at all. Customer satisfaction is not in their vocabulary and the fact that they are still partnering up with a shipping company that has so many negative reviews is just mind blowing.

The cases are way better in person!!! Great quality but did take a bit to get delivered but it was all worth the wait!!! I get compliments all the time !!!

Excellent service, very responsible and attentive

At first I wasn't sure if this site is serious because of all the excessive ads on instagram, but after reading the reviews on trustpilot and also the cool designed website I changed my mind. I bought myself a gojo phone case and a megumi keychain and they are exactly how the pictures of them looked like. Shipping was around a week which is okay, nevertheless everything arrived safely and I couldn't be more happy. I also got a lot of compliments on my new phone case! :) Definitely recommend if you want cool and protective anime phone cases.

Good design, shipping takes a lot of time but worth the wait considering it came from mainland china.

First off, the quality is amazing and the design is even better. It did take a while to be delivered but the patience is definitely worth it.

Das beste Handycase was ich je in der Hand hatte. Die Qualität des Grafikdrucks ist unglaublich gut.
Knöpfe sind Ultra präzise super angenehmes Druck Gefühl.
Case Sitzt perfekt am Handy.
Werde aufjedenfall jeden meiner Freunde damit bekloppt machen dass die sich auch Eins oder vielleicht zwei Cases kaufen.
Einige Freunde sind schon traurig dass es nur für IPhone ist und die keine Option für andere Handys finden aber hoffentlich gibt es das bald!

Expected than the pictures clean to be overwhelmed and excited feels like a kid each time I buy one If you have not bought any cases, Please buy some from here. They are very fun and cool to collect like Easter eggs in a anime formation.
