3 stars for the nice case but the order and shipping process was confusing and delayed. First the vendor showed up as the Apple Store instead of Finishify causing confusion and I almost had the charge disputed. Then it took over two weeks to arrive from China. It circulated the globe for so long that I almost filed a lost package claim. The purchase wasn’t worth the confusion and delay

Shipping might be long but worth it in the end
I bought a case around Christmas and it came 3 weeks later but I’m not complaining at all because the communication was perfect. They would always answered me the next day or even the same day to check if everything was doing well with the shipping. The product arrived in perfect conditions, ready to be used.

Shipping took forever! Poor communication on updates and order status. When the case finally arrived it didn't fit properly it has huge gabs where the volume button is at and charging port. This case also doesn't have a boarder so if your phone drops it could crack the screen. And lastly the sticker design is crooked.

As you can read on the shipping information page on our website, the approximate delivery time for orders to the United States is between 10 and 18 business days. We received your order on October 6th, and it was delivered to your shipping address on October 25th. This means that your order was delivered to you in 19 days, which was only one day different from what was stated on our website.
Now, regarding the second issue:
The case you purchased is made of soft and flexible polyurethane. The design is not printed on it; instead, it consists of a separate layer that is finally inserted into the back of the case. The image on the back of the case is designed to depict Sanrio characters floating in the air. If you believe there is a problem with the design on the back of the case, please send us some pictures of it by contacting us through our website.
However, we hope to provide you with a better shopping experience in the future.
