I ordered a case from them, but got an email shortly after saying that the case was sold out and wouldn't be in stock for a while. They offered a free case along with another case of choice to replace the first one I ordered, which was so generous! My emails were answered quickly and both cases I received have proven very durable and fashionable. Would order again!

Slow shipper
Very slow shipper and too many emails saying my phone cover choices were out of stock. I finally received the cover that I originally ordered but it took 5 weeks to receive it. They do not shipped from the USA. Cover fits good and looks good.

We have checked your order and yes, the ordered case and the third case you chose were not available in our warehouses but in the end you got two very good cases :)
The reason for the delay in shipping:
We received your order on August 15th but because the ordered case was not available in our warehouse and we were emailing with you to choose other cases, your order was finally delivered to the shipping company on September 6th and it was delivered to your shipping address on September 16th. (delivey time was 10 days)
