My primary counsellor Sarah Naib guided me very well throughout my admissions and visa process. Thanks to my editor Kalash Thapa for perfecting my SOP and LORs which helped me secure my first priority university. Application for MEM programs greatly supported by the college finder and SOP drafting service
Had taken Yocket's services to help me plan and navigate the application process of pursuing an MEM degree in the United States for the Fall 2025 intake. I used the college finder and the SOP drafting services the most. I was able to find the most suited college with my background and draft suitable essays that help me get selected to the university of my choice. As I had deferred my intake to Fall 2026, they were kind enough to extend their services for another year. Their website is quite user-friendly and provides a lot of college related information which can be quite hard to find. I would highly recommend this.

My Experience
I want to take a moment to genuinely appreciate Komal Parekh, my counsellor at Yocket, because she deserves every bit of recognition.
When I started, I was overwhelmed — I didn't know which exams to give, what documents were needed, or even which countries to target. Komal broke it all down patiently and built a clear roadmap for me. She helped me focus on Europe, shortlist the right universities, and put together a strong application strategy.
The results: 4/4 acceptances in the Netherlands, and an offer from the University of Basel in Switzerland — my top choice, which I've accepted.
What sets Komal apart is that her support didn't end at admissions. She's actively helping me with the next steps — housing, visa, and financial guidance. That kind of end-to-end commitment is rare and something I'm truly grateful for.

I had a really wonderful experience with yocket.Smrithi ma'am was my counsellor. She helped me in everything from shortlisting unis and submitting each and every application on time.My editor Monami made all my documentations really good.With the help of yocket team, I was able to get into 4 public research universities in Germany. They won't give you a refund even the sales advisor promises too. Later they will lie on your face that they haven't told anything about the refund. Worst of all the consultancy.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Yocket.
Initially, I was asked to pay ₹5,000 as a booking amount for their “All Star Package,” with the total cost quoted as ₹55,000. Later, I found that the same package was offered to another person for ₹40,000, and only after questioning this, they reduced my price to ₹35,000. This kind of inconsistent pricing is highly unprofessional.
Before making the payment, I clearly asked whether the ₹5,000 booking amount would be refundable if I decided not to continue. I was assured that it would be refundable.
However, after facing multiple delays, poor communication, and lack of clarity in their process, I decided not to proceed and requested a refund. Now, they are refusing to return my money, giving vague reasons related to EMI conversion—even though I have not paid any installments and was never informed about such conditions.
Instead of resolving the issue, they are trying to push irrelevant services like GRE courses, which I never asked for.
Overall, this experience shows:
Lack of transparency
False assurances
Delayed responses
Poor customer support
I have been following up for over a week with no proper resolution.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment.
