On their Instagram account, Nbyula spreads populist messages about different countries that are taken completely out of context. These posts often align with the propaganda of right-wing parties, which leads to comment sections filled with conspiracy theories. Instead of moderating or removing such content, the admin appears to tolerate it or even express agreement.

I had a very great experience with Nbyula for my German Public University application. The team was really helpful with all my doubts and provided me a very professional SOP which helped me a lot. I would really recommend Nbyula to everyone.

I had paid initially after seeing all the good reviews in this site itself. Initially before payment the counsellors were calling everyday to know our desires and to tell us how Nbyula can help. But the day I paid for the plan, from that day onwards the calls stopped. I had to keep on messaging them for them to make a progress on any matter.
As for the SOP, they asked for my rough draft which I made using ChatGPT so that they can make it better. Instead the final SOP that the gave me was simply my SOP with the sentences and paragraphs rearranged. Gururaj R had assured me that it had been reworked to make it better but it was simply the same. And even then it took around 2 weeks for them to produce this mediocre SOP.
After all these delays I decided I was no longer willing to move forward and requested a refund. Even there they have been delaying for 2 weeks without even a confirmation that refund has been initiated. Counsellor Rakshit and Gururaj R from operations have started ignoring my messages to follow up on the refund procedures.

All in all it seems that delaying is the only thing that they know and the service that they provide is of a very poor quality.
Despite the number of students they have claimed to help on their website, only 18 other students have left reviews on this site claiming good service. That should indicate how many people have been fooled like me.

Took the private class for iekts prep and honestly.. when I first saw the price I thought it was a bit much. Like I can find free youtube videos right? But then I actually had the session with Sarah and it completely changed how I look at the test.
