Beautiful pen. It's a premium Price and looks beautiful. But for the price points I saw a few shortfall.
Feels light which I assume it's using less silver to save weight. Which is ok just an observation.

But small things that I didn't like. The interior has some plastic parts. At this price point I would expect everything to be metal for the longevity of the pen. I have many titanium machined pen that are all metal every component.

Lastly the tolerance and alignment of the parts need improvement. Example the top doesn't align with the body it's off my a few mm. I know it's small things but at this price point I would expect higher quality than pens at fraction of the price.

The refill it's off a few mm of center. The gap between the top and shaft it's noticeble.

Interior was oxidized not sure if it was brass.

Again these are just my small points. But still beautiful pen.

quick and regular updates which considering this was over Christmas when you would think all hands would be busy filling orders. My pen is back and once again in tip top condition, Thanks.

My new Piccadilly Necklace Pencil is a little treasure. It is well crafted of sterling silver and brass and is topped with a sparkly emerald. I like that the chain is 24" long so it is easy to take off without unfastening the clasp. YOL's customer service is world class. They contacted me to ensure that they handled my order properly. Excellent experience.

Really good customer service, when there was a query about my order the team reached out and helped to resolve. The products are great, they are true British quality, I never had any issue with any of my 3 pens and 1 pencil.

The communication and shipping went smoothly, and we received a very nice pen. Unfortunately, the import duties were very high. Secondly, I did not order any spare pencil refills, as they are very difficult to find, so a large quantity must be ordered to avoid very expensive shipping costs.

Really helpful advice on lead refill for my old silver propelling pencils, and arrived very quickly.

Absolutely beautiful fountain pen, it was just the pocket but its a perfect size, mobility wise, it took me a few to get use to it, been using Kawecos but they feel more mechanical while the Pocket is something that feels like I picked for me.
